It is very convenient for anyone living in Rochester, Rochester Hills or North Troy, Michigan.

The cashier there was horrible as she pushed my hand out of the way as I was handing her my items to be scanned and threw the items on the floor out of anger

This store is my "go to" Home Depot! It does not skimp on employees. there is always an employee to help. They actually guide you to the product! and offer help to the car. They are well versed in the products and if they know another employee that knows more they will call that employee to help. I am always impressed with this particular Home Depot!

The HD in Rochester Hills puts the customer first. Today while shopping for a washer an employee advised me to postpone my purchase until this Friday to take advantage of the Labor Day Sale that begins soon. I was pleasantly surprised to get this advice, which I’m sure will save me $$. This isn’t the first time I’ve been a beneficiary of RH HD’s excellent service. Last fall one of the assistant managers spent considerable time helping me with the repair of my home water heater in Michigan while I was in Florida. He contacted the repair service I was dealing with and expedited the repair so my granddaughter and daughter could get hot water at my home where they live. He truly went above and beyond what I would expect from a store manager and I was both relieved and grateful! Rich McMahon

Friendly staff. Sarah at the customer service desk was a pleasure to work with. My French Bulldog got a lot of love from the staff. Great people who work at this Home Depot. Great job!

I am 83 years old and often need help with heavy items like bags of mulch etc. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful in such cases of need.

I needed help at the customer service desk Sherry was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and I. We have build our home from this store and I have never been so disrespected in my life from an employee at this store.

The people who work at the RochesterHills, Michigan/ Avon Road store are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite!! You need to hire more employees like Al in plumbing, Wanda at the service/return desk and others whose names I do not know!

Always a pleasure to go the extra few miles to the Rochester Hills store .If you can,t find the product you need ,the person you ask will direct or walk you to the area. A happy ending to pay for my items also w/ Natalie ********* my hats off to your hiring excellent staff to understand the customer just needs a friendly attitude from the person waiting on them .I will also compliment your staff if calling in to the service desk ,in the fast,pace world it helps to receive a pleasant voice when calling Thank You

Great place to shop for home needs and construction!

The customer service was not even close to being acceptable. The staff was indifferent and they were not interested in helping us. The staff was more interested in visiting with one another. Sad.

Great Store with friendly employees, with all the products for home improvement at a great price!

Employees were very helpful, polite, and friendly. I found everything I needed and even got my husband his birthday gift. The only thing I would say is when you buy anything liquid off shelf make sure it's not opened or leaking. My husband got 2 Cycle Oil and didn't know it was leaking and got all over his White Nike Shirt. Was very upset cause the Nike Shirt was expensive and now ruined.

If I can't find what I want, an employee will usually take me directly to the product, if he or she isn't helping another customer. The products are always good; the store carries good brands. The store is always clean.

Store is clean and organized and more importantly employees are kind!

Check your receipts VERY carefully. Was recently over charged $65 on a scanned item. Must have been a code error as I did not purchase the item. I did get my money back but it took an extra 15 minutes and a "manager" had to get involved. The employees acted as if it was my fault instead of their error. Almost felt like I was being accused of fraud. I questioned the error immediately and never left the store. For some strange reason they wanted to enter my drivers license number for "Loss Prevention" reasons. If the customer finds an error right on the spot the store employees should thank the customer for catching the error. No one ever even said "Sorry for the problem".

If you need flooring, ask for Sierra in the flooring department. She is by far the most professional and knowledgeable employee. A real pleasure to work with.
