Cindy from our local store is hands down the friendliest store associate at the store. She is always willing to pitch in some advice, answer some questions, and help! no matter what isle we are in, she has helped us. From carpet, to countertops, to sinks and cabinets! I look forward to talking to her whenever i have any questions! She rocks!

I am always treated very nicely while I shop for and price items in this store. The store associates are most helpful while assisting you with any questions you may have or take you to the aisle to find your needs, and I really like this kind of treatment, it just makes me keep on wanting to come back here for my supply's.

My experience at the home depot was very pleasant!

1st helper left in middle to go to lunch 2nd not helpful unless asked to look up product both told us U don't need that we using different proceedure

We always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. It's very seldom that they don't have what we are looking for and my wife always walks around the whole store looking for bargains and always finds something she just can't live without. The employees are always very friendly and helpful..

Jennifer, the Home Depot associate that helped us was very willing to go out of her way to make sure that we were informed about the dryer we were purchasing. She went out of her way to assist us and to check to see if the dryer we wanted was actually available at the store. She worked in kitchen design but was very willing to help us in the appliance center. She make our visit a success and we appreciated her attention to assisting us.

The associate was very helpful. it was a bit crowded and i think it was a fair experiance concidering the day we chose to shop.

I have visited this store multiple times over the past few weeks. I found the customer service great, always someone to help, the prices were reasonable, and returns of unused material easy to process. My experiences have always been positive. I highly recommend this store.

The store is well organized and it is easy to find the different model available. Sales people are knowledgeable about the products they carry and are wiling to point out any rebates that are available. They are wiling to compare like products which makes the choices easier.

I really like going to Home Depot to see what new items they have. Therefore, I hate to have to rush through the store. But sometimes your time is limited, and that's where the website or mobile app is very helpful. You can find out if the item you need is available at your local Home Depot. I do wish that this store would stock more of the products available on the website, I can sit at home and order items I go to the store to be able to see and touch to make sure of suitability. If I find what I need I'll buy it on the spot and take it home.

Shopping there was a breeze. Had a question and Mark was willing to go the extra mile to get my answer. The light bulb isle by the paint feels cluttered-hard to get cart through. Overall, great store.

It is always a great experience at this store, the associates are always so nice to my kids. It makes Home Depot my son's favorite place to shop.

Both Kristin's that helped me from the beginig to the end were great. Also the 2 people that pulled my order and then loaded it 70 sheets of plywood and 40 bundles of insolation were a great help they did all this while I shopped and picked up all the other items I needed fore this project.

I was shopping to purchase a replacement for my 15 year old Propane Grill that was starting to leak propane from the gas regulator. After online reviews, I decided that the Weber E-310 would be a great upgrade and also had the number one rating by multiple reviewers. The associate that helped me used a forklift to bring down the last boxed grill in the store, and when I asked if he could drive it out to my van to make loading it easier since it was so heavy, he readily agreed. As we were moving the grill past the Customer Service desk, I asked the Cashier there if we could purchase the grill and cover at her register, and she also graciously agreed and was very pleasant. Two associates were able to slide the grill off the forklift into the back of my van making the entire purchase effortless. Getting the grill out when I got home 100 miles north and assembling the grill took a little more effort but well worth it since it cooks very quickly with safer indirect heat in light of the recent evidence of the increased risk of cancer from processed meats and meat grilled with high direct heat.

Thoroughly enjoy our shopping when we go there. Almost always find what we need. will continue to shop there

I was looking for Dog Door and some information on Interior doors. After some time walking around the store, I found an associate in doors and he was very helpful. I never leave HD disappointed. The down side to shopping at this particular HD, is the parking places. They are not designed for larger vehicles. The places are far too close together. Trucks can barely fit in them and it leaves little room to open doors. I find this odd for a store that caters to customers with trucks. It would be nice if they could increase the size of the parking spaces.

The store is fairly close to my home. The time I spend at the store is like a kid in a candy store. I have spent hours in the store before and not buy anything. I like to before I buy anything just to go in and put together ideas.
