Two ladies helped me with locating the products I needed. We are removing carpet from our home, and have never done this before. Both of the ladies there had done this same project previously so they were able to not only help me locate the tools I needed, but also gave me some great tips and advice. Now it's time to get the job done!

So I went into the Rockwall, TX store the other day to get a Toro lawn mower. I asked the cashier if she could find an associate to assist me in choosing one which she promptly did. I ended up with two, not one, associates assisting me in choosing a lawn mower and explaining all the proper maintenance of the mower as well as other lawn advise. I had an issue with ants and they helped me pick up the best pesticide for my situation. They spend at least 30 mins to an hour helping me out with everything. It's nice to get really great service like this and I plan to continue coming to this Home Depot store in the future.

Had to deal with 6 associate people. Didn't like that. Not one of them smiled or had a friendly tone in their voice. One gum smacking lady rudely and loudly told the guy in front of me that he went to the wrong counter. All I wanted this trip was to buy a gift certificate. You'd think that would be pretty simple and straightforward. Nope. I also went to the wrong counter. Gift cards are at the checkout stands but apparently you have to go to customer service not the cashier. No reason given just sent me away.

I went into this Home Depot on two separate occasions to purchase items for my new home and encountered the most helpful people that will go above and beyond to help you.

They are always helpful and employees are so easy to find. Bought Granite last year and it was measured installed and put in faster than a light fixture was ordered and shipped from "another store".

We needed to purchase a new dish washer, not something we wanted to do, but still had a great experience due to our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and stayed after he was due to get off work to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He was by far the BEST sales person we have ever worked with at ANY Home Depot.

Store is well organized, with open aisles, and easy to navigate. Associates, includung the cashier, on the day I was there were very helpful and friendly. Although one I passed in the aisle, did not greet me, or offer help. Other than that, I was very pleased with the store.

Love the store and the clerks. Always friendly and helpful. I have always enjoyed shopping here.

Worked with an associate in the pro department and he was great. Definitely like homedepot.

I was buying a $2,000. lawn mower and it took a hour to get checked out because they wrong up the wrong one first. The cashier was new but very nice he didn't know how to input the warranty info in the computer the other person that was training him kept helping other customers instead of helping him. They had to void everything and start again. Then the receipt wouldn't all print so they worked on that and then rebooted the system and then went to a different computer. They then called someone else to come and help and she told them oh she doesn't have to have both receipt papers. I asked if I didn't need both why do they normally print she said just in case you loose one. After I waited 30 minutes for her to tell me this. (rude) I really don't know if I will ever use this home depot again maybe I will just start using Lowes.

Associate Elizabeth Thirion was very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs in different departments. She was able to direct us to the products that we needed and items that were on sale. She was very upbeat and had a positive attitude. She went above and beyond with her service to us.

It helped that I have done research on the washers and dryers prior to store visit since the showroom selection was limited.

Store is too small, isles are full of items making it hard to go through the store. Only self checkouts most of the time(I don't work at your store someone should check me out) Items were priced wrong I was out several minutes getting this fixed.My time is worth someting too!

Just purchased riding mower the associate's name is Rick, he did a outstanding job.Very knowledgeable Stayed with us thru the purchase and then came out to assist in loading. I recommend this store and the the associates to all my friends

Love Love Love the people in this store. I always get great customer service here and today was no exception. Tony Cole is probably the best associate I have come across. He is knowledgable, genuine, friendly, patient, and goes above and beyond to help. I can't thank him enough for the help he gave us today! This is the only home improvement store my husband and I will shop.

We were greeted when we arrived and asked if we needed any help. We were asked by another associate on the aisle we were shopping if we needed help. Cashiers were readily available to help us check out. Great customer service!

Everything is clean and organized at all times. Store associates are always around the store to help. Went in just browsing appliances and ended up purchasing due to the very helpful gentlemen at the appliance area. Warranties for products are far cheaper than other stores and product prices were guaranteed lowest.

The Rockwall Home Depot has changed in the past 4-5 years, for the better!! I was a consistent customer of our local Lowes store in Rockwall for years, but I tried Home Depot again on just a small purchase about 4 years ago, and I've been hooked ever since. The personal attention available in there for small or large purchases is excellent, and it did not use to be that way 7-10 years ago, which made me head to Lowes. I purchased a Honda mower on a recent visit, and the help and guidance I received in selecting the right mower for my needs was just another reminder of why I am now a loyal HD customer here in Rockwall. Scott Bennett has been a lot of help to me on several of my most recent visits. He and the store manager at our local HD, Shane Moore, helped me personally with the Honda mower purchase, so I definitely shared with him how much his store has me hooked in recent years vs. how things were before that time. Thanks Scott and Shane from a very satisfied customer!

The best Home Depot around it is clean and it is the best run store I've been to. Great leadership running this place and employes are the best mannered people I I've seen in any store
