Clean store with helpful associates. The store has whatever you are looking for.

Had a problem I had no idea how to solve an an associate there took the time to help me solve the issue, would never have thought of the answer she gave & it worked. She also stay right there till i was sure I was ready to check out. Wonderful experience!

I had a problem with a rebuild pressure washer. The staff and management were wonderful in handling my problem. Everyone their are so helpful and answer any questions you may have.

all good except the presence of the few home depot employees smoking right in front of the store entrance

I will never go to this store again mike is a horrible sales person and I feel he was unprofessional. MTC991 is his sales log in I have never being so disrespected he was so rude with everything he said and did. He didn't honor what the manger said she was going to do for my purchase he was rude to the cashier because she called him back to her register about a warranty he never told me about. Then said to another associate if she wants on so bad tell her she has 30 days and it's 59.99 if she can pay it

My experience purchasing a washer and dryer at the Rocky River Home Depot was great. I received helpful advice from the appliance associate, Michael. He was friendly, funny, and did not pressure me at all the make a purchase. The customer service associate, Jill, was so friendly and excellent at her job. She helped me with the credit application process and I left feeling great about my purchase. I have returned to this store and will continue to do so because of the excellent, personalized service.

This store is always well organized, clean and the employees are a friendly group of people. Normally I find whatever it is I'm shopping for is in stock and priced reasonably.

I stop in at this store several times a week for work and personal use. Even considering it is a smaller store, they do their best to keep it well stocked, clean, and organized. Sometimes I stop just to check out clearance and special deals that aren't advertised. Like Christmas all year round when I hi the right day. I have had the pleasure to get to know some of the employees. Even though they have a customer that is crabby or unreasonable, they handle he situation with professionalism and try to resolve the problem. Great job to the manager for his guidance and patience to help his employees to handle things.

I felt very uncomfortable. I was being followed and constantly approached by associates. I only bought one item because i wanted to get out of there.

We recently purchased $57 worth of materials. At the self-checkout, the credit card reader was down so we paid in cash. We were $1.05 short so without hesitation, the cashier Shirley put in her own money to help us. She was surprised when we returned to the store to reimburse her. She said she didn't do it to get paid back.. just to help!

I was greeted by a young man, Daniel, who never left my side and helped me locate the five items on my list or called an associate to help with special assistance (rope cutting). He was kind, informative and patient. A perfect model of excellent customer service.

The return clerk was great. I thought I was returning a 10 feet piece of Finished trim. She told me it was a 12 ft piece. By the way, the product itself called " Finished Elegance" is junk. It's coated with plastic that peels, even before you nail it to the wall. Once nailed, you have to find the right white paint shade to match. That can take a whole day as thee are dozens of white shades.
