their employees are very nice

The employees at this store were SUPER friendly and knew the exact aisle where I would find what I was looking for. In an environment where you can get pretty much anything anywhere, it's nice to encounter friendly people who seem glad that you're at their store and are so willing to help.

THERE WERE NO CHECK OUT LANES OPEN - ONLY THE SELF CHECK OUT LANE WHICH I DO NOT LIKE TO USE. THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF ASSISTANCE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. FINALLY CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP. COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THERE HAD BEEN A CHECK OUT LANE OPEN. STORE NEEDS TO SERVICE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT COMPUTER LITERATE.

Great help at the service desk, That woman Debbie was incredibly helpful. Everyone in the world should go buy something from her today. Truly !

Great Friendly Staff always willing to Help!

This Home Depot always seems to have what I am looking to buy. I just wish it was closer to where I live like your competitor is.

I lived all over the USA and this is the best Home Depot store in any I have been in. Better than Lowe’s , better than Menards, better than Meeks. Don’t be a fool, do you’re business in Rogers (Home Depot.) Products many choices, better quality. I’m mildly disabled and gets help fast almost before I ask. Rogers store is clean and neat but even more they place items in a intuitive way..so things are easy to find. I’m not a employee or relative ....it’s just that good.

Bethany was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She not only helped me choose the right plants, flowers, and soil, she carried everything to me while I was choosing herbs for my garden and planters. Great customer service that will bring me back for future purchases. Also appreciate the drive up area for loading larger bags of mulch, etc.

One employee, Brandon, was beyond amazing with customer service. I gave four stars, though, because all employees should somewhat follow his lead and be trained to have customer service like he did. One employee walked by us, made eye contact, and still continued to walk forward without asking how he could help or if we needed any assistance.

Very good customer service especially in the paint department, clean store, I found items I didn’t know I needed and some I had forgot to add to my shopping list. A large variety of new products in the paint department including unicorn spit and stencils.

As a long time customer this store is by far a shining example of what your stores all shoul emulate Mgr shold get "atta boy" from corporate

I've been to many Home Depots around the country doing many remodeling but this one is my favorite and also my home store. All the associates are so respectful and friendly. I will always be loyal to Home Depot!

Great shopping experience with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a huge order of very heavy items that needed to be loaded in a truck -- they provided needed assistance without being asked.

I enjoy shopping here. The associates are always very friendly.

The Pro Desk managers and clerks are awesome. They took the time to resolve the problem of paying cash for a credit card payoff. Toni, and Fawn and the cashiers are amazing people. We also miss Denise who is out on medical leave. Justin from Citi bank was very helpful in over riding the computer rules so we could pay over the maximum amount allowed to pay the bill.

I was informed by a trucking company that a pallet of tile, that I had purchased on-line from Home Depot, was damaged and they would not be delivering. Instead of panicking (contractors are scheduled to be in home in a few days), I went into Rogers store to see what could be done. The Customer Service Rep, Lisa, immediately contacted the on-line agent who informed me that another pallet would be coming (from New Jersey) and wouldn't be here until mid-week the following week. Lisa, checked her inventory and store had exactly what I needed - she was able to match on-line pricing, and pallet will be delivered to me in 2 days! She also offered to have a grill (that was being delivered to store) that I ordered to be set up and delivered on Saturday! I've been HD customer for many years; and believe me, I will always chose them over "the others"! I have a feeling that this store, especially Lisa, goes the extra mile for all their customers - even though she made me feel special! Thank you!

Shopped this store today and was very pleased with the customer service I received. I had previously shopped at another major hardware store and left there disappointed and upset after an issue that couldn't be resolved. this store had everything I needed and the instock looked great. I will definately make this my place of choice for shopping in the future.

My kids love the car styled shopping carts and always prefer to shop at Home Depot Vs any other Competitor stores. Prices are very competitive. Customer Service is great. Store Associate - Tim Atkins always welcome customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure my needs are met :-)

Recently I’ve visited the garden center and had the pleasure of having Hilda wait on me. She is always so pleasant and friendly with all the customers. She’s the reason Home Depot is my #1 home improvement store.
