Appreciated Rachel's help findin the correct refrigerator water filter

Long story short I purchased an item that was locked up and waited 25 minutes to find someone who had a key to unlock it after I had already purchased the item. $200 item and I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for the item which also rang up $20 more then the advertised price. So the. I had to spend another 15 minutes in customer service to get a refund.

I was looking to buy a small freezer, and Lane, in appliances immediately helped me: he answered all my questions, took it to the check out, and loaded it in my vehicle! It is nice to see that customer service like that still exists today. Not to mention that the prices are always the best! Thank you!

Amanda reconfigured an entire order that I had messed up online. She picked the items, had them available by the time I drove to town, cancelled the erroneous order and facilitated a new order, filled out correctly. Way to go!

The folks in this store are just so nice. Can't find something? Ask! People are so happy to help and go above and beyond to find you what you need, even if it is something small. They do everything they can to find creative solutions to problems if they don't have something or if your problem is super niche. I love this Home Depot! I just wish they were paid more and that there were more people to find in the store. Sometimes everyone is already helping someone else so you have to wait until someone is free to help.

Do not attempt to get the military discount at HD anymore unless you have already had tons of free time to sit around and sign up on their website. It does not matter that you have military ID, have VETERAN stamped on your drivers license.... if you haven’t gone to their website- plan on making everyone in line behind you angry because they will expect you to do this right then and there. If their website is having “technical difficulties” the cashier will have to get approval from someone else, who will say “go ahead and give him is 10% off this time” which is embarrassing and feels like a charity case. This will not happen to me again- it is same distance for me to drive to another store for my hardware/lumber needs.

Angel at returns made it super easy and painless.

I use HD online a lot, but anytime I need something home improvement related, and I need it right now, the Rogers AR HD store is the only place I go to. The store is always well stocked, kept at a comfortable temperature, with clean wide unobstructed aisles, has friendly staff, good parking, clean restrooms and is pet friendly. Beats Lowe’s hands down.

Recently moved to the area. This store is much better than the one in my old location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not all are professionals but the ones that are should be groomed for leadership. We’ve had experiences in both ends of the spectrum at this store but Logan/Jodie are always amazing. They keep us coming back as we know if we ever really needed help, this store has it.

The Rogers, Arkansas store is well stocked, clean and staffed with great people. The parking lot is easy to navigate and the staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm 80 yrs old and sometimes I ask dumb questions on how to do a project, but everyone I talk to at this store is eager to help. Hats off to all the employees.

Once again for the umpteenth time you have to fill out your veteran's status again if you wish to get the military discount. Apparently, they think our status changes yearly. I think this is there way of not giving you the military discount. Maybe they need it more than us!

Don't expect any type of customer service at this store. Shelves are not stocked, so be prepared to wait, or get the item yourself.

Had some lumber and appliances delivered. They were the wrong color appliances and I am still waiting on the lumber, weeks later. Supply chain is not the issue. Communication is the issue. For being such a large company you would think that that would be a priority.

I went to return tools I bought at the Fayetteville location to my local Home Depot in Rogers, AR. The employee at the returns desk was rude, flippant, and sarcastic in the worst way. Of the tools I bought, the vacuum had been used, full of debris, and missing parts. The circular saw was missing parts as well. I bought both of these items straight from the shelf at the Fayetteville location. She refused to help me and intentionally wasted my time.

I ordered online and it was canceled. I went to the store and met Angel at the service desk. Angel was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Angel was able to make this frustrated customer happy. Angel knew exactly what to do to correct the issue and had her part finished in a few minutes. If you want excellent help, ask for her in the Rogers location. This excellent review is for Angel only. Angel gets 5 stars across the board. The online experience and waiting to get loaded was average to below average.

This store has the most helpful and kind employees I have ever encountered! The employee who assisted me, Chris, helped me find, measure, and cut all of the supplies needed for my DIY project, and offered helpful feedback!!

The Rogers Home Depot is a terrific store -- I have always find what I was looking for and that makes my shopping trip worthwhile !!!

Devon was great at check-out, he assisted me through check out and showed me how to use my "military discount." Was a professional throughout.

I went in this store searching for a Black Friday item that I thought was a great buy. When I got there I could not find it and ask for help. An employee helped me search for several minutes trying to find the 1 they were showing in stock. After several minutes of not fining it he went to his manager Von and asked for help. After determining that they did not have the item they made me several great offers for substitutions and to do whatever it took to make me happy. I was able to get a better item and a better price than what I initially went in there for thanks to Von and all of his crew. Great store and great employees.

Karen the cashier plays a game of passive aggressive behavior. This time I called her out on it & all she could say was, "whatever" and an insincere "have a good day." She lacks humility & comes across as needing to be in charge. She gets away w/ this behavior because it's passive aggressive under the radar & most folks don't catch it. I do from years of call center management. Please coach her on how to be genuinely courteous to ALL!

I like shopping here as they always have what I need in stock. The quality of the lumber is better too. There is always something new to browse and their home decor is wonderful.
