Store associates are very friendly and are proactive in seeing if you need help and locating products.

Rogers store, you have a prize employee in Vee, who helped me today at the service desk! Please know that she went the "extra mile" helping me with a electric lawn mower (EGO 56v) that I had purchased only a year ago at your location. It was not starting, likely shorting out in one of 3 areas that EGO says are likely to present problems. I had planned to pay the $20 refundable deposit (as it was warranted under EGO) and allow it to be sent off for repair, but VEE told me the wait-period would be at least 8 weeks. I appreciated her honesty, and then when she offered to replace my mower with one in stock, I was overwhelmed! Thank you, VEE, and thank you Rogers store for hiring such a helpful person. She certainly made my day and deserves kudos from you AND a raise!

The store was clean and some employees were friendly and helpful. The only issue I see is some cashiers want to check customers out and other cashiers act like you aren’t even there and you’re waiting for another cashier to offer assistance.

Very professional friendly costumer service always I would definitely recommend this experience with anyone.

Home Depot carries the best in outdoor equipment. Honda, Toro and Echo are among their many brands. Also they have the best pressure sprayer line and if you buy one, get the special surface cleaner attachment for driveways, etc. Cuts time and water in half plus does the best job.

On previous visit ordered some custom cabinets and doors. Stacy (cabinets) and Monty (doors) went above-and-beyond figuring out how to carry out our vision. In addition, Kyle (carpentry) was very efficient on the pre-survey of the location to confirm dimensions, specific locations, etc.

Did the order online/in-store pickup and saw item was already at the Customer Service Desk. No waiting on the warehouse to find it and get it up to the front.

Great store, great people! Angel and Scott rock. Love the customer service! I love that they hire retired professional, offering help to us "Rookies"!

The store is always clean, not to loud inside being a warehouse, employees are very helpful, great proximity to a regional shopping area.

I am a retired 68-year old woman. Each time I am in this Home Depot I get the best service. Recently, the salesman went far beyond the expected service by showing me how to actually do the project and what I needed for it to be successful. He was fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this store.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We live in Bella Vista so we tend to visit LOWE's for the fast shopping, but they have a limited product amount, then we always land at Home Depot, in Rogers were mostly we can find what we need

I have always preferred Home Depot over competitor stores due to their product lines and friendly/helpful staff. This particular experience went above and beyond when a online return at this store went south. My initial reaction was poor and I raised my voice at the Customer Service Associate at the counter. As I realized my voice was raising, I stopped myself and apologized to her and pleaded for her to keep looking into this. She had every right to ask me to leave and to discontinue investigating my issue, but she was compassionate and professional and continued to process the return after making several phone calls. She spent hours - literally like over 2 hours, on my issue and was eventually able to process the return for a store credit. She even helped me pick out a tool cabinet for me to use the store credit on. So to Veronica (Vee): Again, I apologize for my conduct during the complications of this return and I am so appreciative that you maintained professionalism and genuine concern for my dilemma. That is not something that is trained, that is true character. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and have a Merry Christmas!!
