I wish I could remember the associates name who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the building supplies I needed. I can remember his face but not the name. Thought it might be Jason, but not sure. I have been in this store twice in the last 2 weeks, and both times I have received excellent service from associates to checkout. Thank you Home Depot Staff.

The guy in the paint department was EXTREMELY nice and went above and beyond to help not only me but others, the way he acted would make me want to come back there for paint and no where else

I checked online between Home Depot (HD) and Lowes and I like HD better. It has more to offer and the experience was great.

I was starting a masonry project and I needed help choosing the right products. I could not find a soul to help. When I went a few aisles over to find someone to ask, I got a blank stare.

They were out of stock on some soil they had on sale in the ad. I had made a special trip just for it (and I live on the county line-which is a distance & my car started tearing up on the way. So, needless to say I was not having a great day before I got there & then to find out they were out of stock. But, the manager helped me tremendously with this!! Took care of the situation. And I left happy! You don't find customer service like this anymore! Thank you Dave & Heaven for all your help!!! I worked at Home Depot years ago. So, customer service is a big thing for me!

Great store with great help! I couldn't think of a better home depot

The color Adirondack chairs that I wanted was not available outside with the regular chairs. I spotted them up high on display inside the store. I then went to customer service to ask if the chairs were anywhere else in the store that would be easier to get and purchase. I was told the only ones were outside. I then went to get one last look at the chairs I wanted and an associate named Jay came up to me and asked which ones I wanted that he would get them down for me. He was quickly back with a huge tall rolling ladder and retrieved the chairs that I wanted. He then offered to take them to the car for me. He went out of his way to help me and I appreciate it very much. Customer service like this is what makes me a repeat customer. I highly recommend this store and have posted my great experience on facebook and word of mouth. Thank you!

IT ALWAYS EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED. EVEN IF ALL YOU NEED IS HELP ON A PROJECT. tHE STORE IS ALL WAYS CLEAN

Went straight to the concrete saws and saw blades. Found out quickly easier and more cost efficient to go ahead and buy what I needed, instead of renting. Worked out well for me.

More and more often I am finding that Home Depot has items in stock that I need, while other stores don't. The price is also competitive, in some cases even better than other building supply stores.

I wanted to say thank you for all the help for work related items , the store assistance was very helpful and it made my visit to the store a lot easier, I like the displays of the lights and I like the way you can turn on and look at different varieties out in the open and not in a box it makes your decision a lot easier to make. All my questions were answered and I will continue to shop at Home Depot for all my needs.
