I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. I find great deals there and they are near to my house. There is no way I will drive across town to shop at Lowe’s.

Just had a great experience at our Rome GA, Home Depot. Came in to make a purchase which was bundled with 35% off that day only. It didn't show up when Sales Cashier, Donna, rang up our order. I showed her the email I received with the offer and Donna went the extra mile and gave us our discount as a mark down. Thank you Donna!

Extremely poor customer service! Associates rather stand around and chat than help. Completely ignore your requests for assistance! Dark, dirty, and dingy appearance! Very hard to see and find products, very disorganized.

Very friendly and helpful, the employees don't go hide when your needing help. LOL

Vonda in the appliance department was very helpful. She found us the dishwasher we were looking for and we saved $130.

After buying my home, I spend a great deal of time at Home Depot. They have all I need to keep my home repaired and my many restoration projects on point.

Even though I have to travel an hour to get tto this store, I will continue to shop her instead of stores that are closer because they have competitive prices and the employees are friendly and very helpful.

I had a issue with my bank card and the clerk decided for her self to informed me I must not have no money, as it turned it was a problem with the card and the bank corrected it , but I felt the clerk was out of line with her assumption

Such a great store because of it's people who work there. The employees are always friendly, act in your best interest, strive to appease and make the customer happy and always willing to help.

I love this store it is probably one of my favorite places to spend money, even when I dont have money to spend. The customer care is awesome, and very helpful. And it always have everything I need.

GOOD STORE

This Home Depot is a pleasure to visit. We came in today for some carpeting on our hardwood stairs and quickly found exactly what we wanted. Ashleigh, in Flooring, wrote up our measurement request and we have our appointment set for tomorrow. She was fast and friendly and we were on our way. That's very unusual for a flooring experience; at most other stores you're going to spend 30 minutes or more. Thanks Ashleigh!

Store is clean & orderly

We were in Rome to find flooring for our kitchen since we had to replace it due to a water leak. Everyone was very helpful at the Home Depot! We’re very happy with our flooring choice! Now waiting to get it installed.
