Always a pleasant shopping experience. If I've ever had any issues, they have ALWAYS been dealt with in a timely manner. I LOVE THIS STORE!!

Their custumer service is superb. I save a lot and can buy more often the things I need to repair or remodel my home.

I Usually don't like going to the big stores because there is usually a lack of service. I stopped in this store and needed help getting something from an upper shelf. I turned around and found an associate close by. I asked if he could help me and he did not hesitate to assist. He also asked if there was anything else I would require assistance with. The store was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store for home improvement needs.

Products are easily located in the store. Employees are not customer friendly 90% of the time and will avoid helping whenever possible. The store was clean and the friendliest employee is the greeter! James in the lumber department is who you should look for if you need any help.... He is very friendly and customer oriented.... They are blessed to have him.

Normally the store functions well, if you know what you want and you know where it is. It is very frustrating to need to ask someone a question and there is three/four people at the return/customer service desk and you can't find anyone on the floor to assist you; however, when you do finally find someone they are usually very polite and helpful.

Very friendly staff, there is a lady there through the week, Diana Walls, she can point you to any aisle no matter what the item without looking up where we need to go. She knows where everything is.

The employees are always friendly and ready and willing to be of assistance. The store is always neat and clean.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and such good help from the time I walked into the store. Sometimes big box stores can be intimidating but I was quickly helped. From the worker who greeted me to the worker who helped me load my van with the hand trucks, I was treated with a friendly experience. Customer service with a smile is not dead.

The store is great, Friendly people and they are always willing to help you find something and walk you to the aisle to make sure you find what you are looking for. However, don't use their delivery service. "Spirit" They are the worse, I want to give this store 5 stars, but they need to contract with another delivery services.

This store is well stocked and organized. Anytime I need assistance, if the Associate does not know the location he/she will ask another Associate to avoid a long wait.

The time waiting to checkout was too long

Normally has the items I need, but they NEVER have registers open. Force customers to use self check out!

Every time I shop in Home Depot the employees are so helpful and eager to find what ever I need.

When you can't find the item you are looking for or an associate to help you, you can ask a cashier for help and they will gladly assist you. I was recently in the store. We wanted to purchase 2 light fixtures for our bathroom. There was only one on the shelf. We were unable to find an associate. They service desk was very busy with a long line of customers. We went to a regular check out line. The pleasant cashier looked up the light fixture on line. She stated there were 5 more in the store. She called an associate on the phone, She stated that it was difficult to hear the person but they stated there were no more fixtures. We went back to the fixture aisle again. I began searching for the additional fixtures. I found them stocked on a shelf with the same style fixture (different finish). Two associates stood at the end of the aisle and seemed to not notice our presence until we had finally found the correct fixture. This was an unsual experience for us. The Rome Home Depot usually has attentive an helpful staff.

This store is my favorite "go to" store for all my project supplies and helpful information from great employees! I have to check out the bargains in the paint Dept.- no one beats their color matching abilities here!! Always friendly and helpful.

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Also found a great deal on a table and chairs for our porch. Was able to get on preassembled at no extra cost. And the crew who loaded our items onto our truck were great. Thanks, Home Depot!

We went to Home Depot to purchase a fridge on the 4th of July. The employee Laura was fantastic in finding what we needed. Having employees that know there job makes the shopping experience so much nicer :).

I was very happy that an employee came to see what I needed and was able to help me find everything. He even explained how I would install my items and offered to assist by phone if I had any further questions. It was nice to find someone knowledgeable and willing to take the time to assist with my purchase.

My house was literally rebuilt on the back of home depot i go there at least 6-7 times a week and thanks to them i past inspection also the associates are so kind and uplifting i dont think i would have made it without their support. When ever i run into a problem with my home i just go there and i feel relieved.

We are installing a Trex decking system. The other Home Improvement Store closer to us never had anyone available to help us. So after 3 visits there, my husband went to Home Depot. Jeff at the Special Projects desk was awesome. He spent a lot of time with my husband placing the special order since we were going with a non stocked color and railing system. There was a hiccup with our delivery, but Greg and Dave made three trips in their personal truck to get it delivered. Despite being further away, we will make Home Depot our do to store from now own!

This store has a tremendous selection of quality products. The employees at this store make you feel very welcome, like they truly want you to have a great shopping experience. I always leave this store smiling and feeling like I received great products for my money. I feel safe buying here, because I know from experience they stand behind everything they sell. All the employees at this store make me feel like a valued customer, and they want me to be happy so I will return. (which I always do)
