Wide variety. Good brands. Good staff. Enjoy shopping at this store.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN ,NEAT AND CLARK WAS ON POINT WHAT ITEMS INSIDE ALES .

Customer service in the garden department was non existent today. I was not helped with the products that I wanted that were too heavy for me to lift. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, and then paid another customer to load products for me. Had them call a manager for me, this took about 20 more minutes. He did not treat me much better than the workers under his supervision. All in all it was a very negative experience. I would like to think that this is NOT the BEST that Home Depot can do, but am very hesitant to even think about going back. I think that someone should be available to help disabled customers. I do not mind waiting my turn, but help was NOT to be found.

I shop here quite often and am always pleased with the service.

The store was clean and well-stocked. The lighting is adequate and associates are readily available if needed.

Did a great job in cutting my lumber to size that I needed

I had a very unique product need - as the employee that helped me was knowledgeable of his department, he was helpful in finding it quite quickly!!

Ray helped me make the best purchase decision to meet my need. He rekeyed a lock I was buying so that I did not need to change house keys.

Store associates make shopping an easy thing to do.

I walked into the paint dept. looking for my paint and right away an associate came up and asked if I needed help. I did very much need help. He explained the difference in eggshell, satin, etc. and also the different kinds of paint. I had no idea of all the different qualities in paint. I was able to get all the paint I wanted and he was helpful with the tools I needed too. I was undecided and he never got impatient with me. He gave me all the time I needed to make the decision I feel good about. I totally recommend this Home Depot Store to others. I am very happy with my store experience.

Associates very helpful and were right there to provide answers.

Bought a riding lawn mower and had to get it home. Was going to have it delivered, but renting their van was much cheaper and easier.

Went in to buy a riding lawn mower and was helped right away, did not have to look for an associate to help. They took us through the process and helped us find everything we needed.

There is always someone who will offer to help us find something if we look like we are searching. I didn't need any help, but associates were friendly

Everything I needed was already available. The customer service could not have been better beginning with the associate who helped me all the way to the end process of checking out. The associate was much more knowledgeable than I ever expected! She was very friendly. When I got to the check out counter, the associate there, she too was friendly. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service at this level. It was very refreshing to learn that there are still some people who care!

Never had a bad visit to this store. Always have had helpful and friendly staff! Even when we loved in Grand Haven, we would make the drive to go to the muskegon store.

When I shop at Home Depot , I'm like a kid in a candy store. When I step in the store my eyes widen and I get this big smile on my face. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. There is nothing negative I can say about the store .When everyone greets me by name , I know I have been shopping to much. A week ago a elderly couple was in trying to decide what snow blower to to buy someone was helping them I stop and told them about the blower I purchased, I told them you just push down the handle and it would do all the work. We all laughed and the couple and associate Said I should be working here. Keep up the good work. P.s. See you soon..lol

I always have a good experience shopping at the Home Depot in Roosevelt Park. The associates are always pleasant & willing to go out of their way to help you. The products I am looking for are usually in the store. If they are not, like this last purchase, the associate helped me find what I needed online. It took a few weeks to come in, but I was notified via text and the store even called when the product arrived. Thank you Team Roosevelt Park! C. Radel
