I have homes for the disabled and I can always find what I need it’s my kind of store

I want to say thank you to all of the employees that help me on my many trips to this location. They always offer assistance and ask how I’m doing. Looking forward to my next trip.

Good store with great products.

I will shop here as often as I need tools and home improvement items. The staff is warm and friendly and they make the atmosphere in the store inviting, like one could shop there on a regular basis and never be dissatisfied or disappointed in any way.

My only co.plaint is trying to get in the parkinglot

Craig who helped us with appliances was phenomenal. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He truly went above and beyond helping us find the best deal and still get everything that we wanted.

Everyone at this store was knowledgeable, friendly, and customer friendly, especially Keri in appliances. Great job

The employees are wonderful. They are so helpful and I always feel like they care about my project. Hand’s down the best home improvement store in town.

Store appeared clean. Some of the younger staff there didn't know what a yardstick was or in what area it was located in, found an older worker who knew what and where to find it. After wards check out was fast.

Its always great shopping with The Home Depot

The store was great! It is your customer service. They told us the $4 would be taken off our account. We call before going and was told we had a zero balance and then HUMILIATED AT THE REGISTER BY IT BEING DECLINED!!! But I will not recommend anyone to do business with your company!!

Ardis in the paint department is awesome, professional, and friendly. Pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about her department. KUDOS TO MS ARDIS

Only real complaint would be that I often need cut to length wire, rope, or keys made and I often have to wander around to find an associate. Why can there be a pushbutton at these areas to ask for assistance?

As a DIY home owner (living very near the store) I have taken full advantage of and fully appreciate online ordering with curbside pick up for all my home project needs during the past year and look forward to being able to continue this purchasing style! The latest online order had a bit of a problem but when I called the store Kellie courteously and professionally handled my problem taking my entire order over the phone...kudos to Kellie!!!

There was plenty of associates to wait on us, we didn't have to look for assistance. The associate did a good job of selling the product that we wanted. The store was clean and nothing in the aisle.

Each employees in each department was very knowledgeable about their department and very customer friendly. .

Do not trust what they say, they only want your money. Once they get it, they couldn't care less about holding up their end. Do not depend on them to keep to the install dates as promised.

Craig and Malik in appliances are both fantastic and honest about the products.

We wanted some very unusual items in our bathroom and Jake helped us get them. Jake is a phenomenal designer. He knows the products as well as construction issues that might arise. Friendly and very detailed on what he does.

A very unfriendly and unhelpful place, you can feel it as you walk into the store. Staff hard to find and when you do they make you feel as like you are putting them out and now they have to do something. Hard to find items on shelves when there are unorganized and never see anybody stocking shelves when shelves are in need of stocking. One good thing is the cashiers are very friendly, but maybe they are trying to make up for your shopping experience at the store.

Always clean, well organized and you don't have to go "hunting" for a employee.
