I like to shop in this store especially in the garden center and prices are reasonable. I saw an ad in the paper for the table I bought on sale.

HOLLY IS A SMALL YOUNG LADY IN THE PAINT DEPT. I'DAV,I DONT LIFT MUCH OR WALK FAR.SHE CAN LIFT MIX ,SHAKE AND PUT A 5 GAL. CAN OF PAINT INTO MY POWER SHOPPING CART,THATS A BIG HELP TO ME.

Rather than looking for the item i wanted, i asked an associate. She took me straight to the part i wanted, which saved me time.

I needed to purchase deck stain today. I was greeted by a friendly associate when I entered the store and asked, if I needed assistance finding anything. I knew what I needed so I did not require assistance and went straight to the paint department. I was waited on quickly and efficiently by another friendly associate. When I proceeded to the checkout, again I was met with a smiling friendly associate who quickly checked me out and got me on my way. It was a good very good shopping experience at Home Depot today.

I had to get a tool for my husband, whyich i hate to do usually, but when i came in a lady asked if i needed helpf finding anything and i said yes. she told me the exact isle to find it and even let me check out at the same door i came in. there was no hassle this time trying to find the tool, and the lady made it a fun, (if thats possible), experience. i will drefinetly be back.

The store is clean; the staff is professional and well trained.

I am always satisfied with store assistance associates always friendly and helpful the store is very aware of safety for consumers by setting barrier's a little inconvenient but safety first!

I visit the store frequently and normally always find an available associate for assistance. My recent visit there was no one around to answer a question. I was able to find what I needed, but it did take longer than it should have.

Everyone in this store are extremely nice and eager to help! They know where everything is and help make the right choice on products and give great advice. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this store to anyone. DG

I did not have to search high and low for an associate to help me find what I was looking for and check out was speedy and polite.

ALL PARTS OF STORE SHOULD MEET ADA.small sales lady got me a 5gal.cann of paint herself,mixedd it and put it in my shoppin cart.

I was assisted in the garden area and had help with the product I was looking for. The employee gave me different options on which item to choose and the reason for doing it. After I checked out, I was walking to my car and an employee came over and asked if I required help with my item. Very good customer service at this store. They also give a Military discount to vets. I tend to go to this store for my products

Unlike other box stores, the Home Depot employs knowledgeable personnel that know what they are talking about.

I looked down the isles of half the store and didn't see one employee. When I did find Jacob, he was very courtious and made up for the frustration of not finding anyone. This guy really put a good face on your store. He was intelligent and very helpfull, great attitude.

I go to this store for all my home improvements and some of my automotive tools I enjoy going to this store over the one in grand haven

Associates are helpful and store has a nice selection.

I always (well, 97%) enjoy walking into this store, knowing that the associates working there will greet me with a smile and do their best to accommodate me! And their great choice of products means that I would be able to find what I'm looking for - or something very close to it! I feel that customer service has been declining at so many retailers - but not Home Depot - they could well serve as a model for others!

On a recent visit to our local Home Depot, I was struck by the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the associates that I spoke with. From being greeted upon entry, to being assisted by several different associates, who were readily available, to the awesome cashier, Delisa, my visit was extremely positive. I never hesitate to send friends or family to this store, as it is always a very positive experience.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. I was greeted by an associate who was very friendly and we had a conversation about the grill I was picking up. She mentioned that she had bought the same one and was really happy with it. We also had a nice conversation about our families. By the time I was finished talking, my grill was there and also put together! A very nice associate took it out to the car and loaded it for me. All of this took about 10 minutes. I am very happy with the service at Home Depot.

just bought lawn edging. great price. was told where it was but could have used a little more help finding it. couldn't find a cart had to drag it to checkout.

Always enjoy going into the Home Depot stores in whatever city I may be in. Find an excellent variety of whatever I'm looking for and the prices are very reasonable compared to some of the other lumber yards.

The associates at this store are very helpful and courteous. Personally, I had interaction with Kathyana at the checkout and Jon from lumber and both were very helpful and pleasant. There is a nice quality to the merchandise offered there, especially the quality of the fencing. There are a number of items that are carried there that they do not have at Lowes and Menards.
