Every time my fiance and I go into Home Depot it's such a friendly place to be. It seems that there is always a friendly, knowledgeable associate that comes up to us and asks if we need any assistance. We appreciate that! This makes for a quicker project to be done! Thank you so much for your quick assistance and helpful suggestions!

My husband and I went for an after Christmas shopping spree to get him some things he wanted. We easily found the things he was looking for and it was a good experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and inviting. I never get tired of tagging along to this store - I like to get home improvement ideas here.

I don't need help while shopping for the most part, but I can't find what I'm looking for or have a question about something, I don't have to look far for it.

Got in, found the product with help from an associate, and checked out within 10 minutes. As we all know...time is money. Thanks Home Depot for helping me out.

The aisles are clean, the store is bright and open. The Christmas decorations are tasteful and cheerful. I was greeted at the door by a VERY enthusiastic associate who offered me a cart. My cashier was Angela and she was super friendly, smiley and just seemed to really enjoy her job. It was a very pleasant visit as it always is.

The entire experience was enjoyable, thanks to Angela. She took my challenging situation and made it doable, all the while being extremely professional and helpful. It's took bad I live in California or I would be back to this Home Depot for all my home improvement and repair needs. Thank you again Angela!!

Returning an item. It turned out easy and freindly. A nice experience

I have never had any trouble returning items that I purchased, and found that I didn't need, or which were defective, When something was defective, and I still needed it, it was replaced with the same or better item, with no problem.

John in appliances help me in a very knowledgeable and friendly way.

We recently switched to Home Depot because we could never find anyone to assist us at Lowes. We've been extremely pleased with the availability of friendly helpful sales people at Home Depot. It makes a big difference for DIY'ers like myself and my husband!

THE STORE WAS CLEAN. HAD A LARGE INVENTORY IN THE ISLES BUT PLENTY OF GET BY, LOTS OF STAFF HELPING GUIDE CUSTOMER WHERE INVENTORY WAS CLUTTERED .

More often than not I find myself very pleased with all that homedepot does to help me while I am going about my day to do what it is I do for a living. Thanks to the homedepot crew at 4020.

i purchased a belt hanger for my closet, i chose the incorrect one , returned it with no issues and was assisted to get the correct one

store is clean , other than ladders are in the way from time to time

i was having a hard time to find the echo blower i looked up that rated at the top , a sales person helped with to problem at all made it super smooth to get the extended warranty. makes it so much easier if needed there. i really enjoy the store and its inventory , makes it fun to remodel homes.

i have purchased product and ended up not needing it after all. i returned it purchased products i needed very convenient easy in and out , return desk very helpful even after i get wrong stuff often.

my wife and i go in to the store one, two times a week to see what is new , go through the selection of products for our family home to upgrade things. we also help upgrade our children homes, we find it a lot of work with the kids but helps keep us close and happy.

Went in to purchase a kitchen water faucet which I did, and went by the appliances and spoke with the salesman that I purchased my washing machine from two years ago. Very nice man.. when I am ready to buy the dryer I will return to Home Depot. As a matter of fact, when I did purchase the washing machine I remember the help this store clerk was in helping me decide which washing machine to purchase. They had a very nice selection of kitchen water faucets also and the sales clerk that helped me with that was very nice also.

always getting the right help when needed. great product and availibility warranties are followed and make it worth it.

Need more associates on the weekend on customer service desk, but all associates were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The Store Was Relaxing with no second guessing. It is very organized and clean. I especially like the roominess and ease of navigating about.. Perfect!

Mikey in Garden made our shopping a very positive experience. He is Friendly, knowlegable, and really cares about our needs. I have been in Management most of my life and Mikey in Garden is the type of employee we would love to have on staff. You are lucky to have him and need to hold on to him. We use to shop at Lowes but now Home Depot is our store because of Mikey in Garden. We have rentals and are always needing something for repairs plus doing many projects around our home.
