This is a reason I purchase my products @ The Home Depot

The condition of the product picked up was so terrible I can't believe on how many different levels it failed any type of eye test to determine there was significant damage and shouldn't have even been brought out to any customer. This is now the 6th large item I've received damaged from this location and this particular instance has left me so disappointed with not just this location, but my overall feeling towards Home Depot as a company. The item appeared to have been rammed with a fork lift that left a significant hole to the backside of the box that bent 2 galvanized steel posts within. The fact that this employee alone continued with processing my order without damaging out it out and having a new item sent should be damning enough. This clearly damaged product was then loaded onto a flatbed and assisted into my vehicle with the damaged side facing down so that instead of returning the item immediately, I could enroll the assistance of multiple friends & family members to help construct this gazebo only to find out that not only was my time about to be wasted, there's was as well. The icing on the cake is that after loading this item and bringing back to Home Depot to return, my customer service representative turned out to be the least unhelpful individual and had no remorse, little acknowledgement of my troubles, and provided zero assistance with re-ordering this item because it was a ".com order", there was nothing they could do. Home Depot use to be my store of choice when it comes to home improvement, but no longer seems to provide quality/undamaged items or employees that care for the products they deliver.

Trying to find someone for help took a couple minutes , should be more people on the floor to help assist

My wife and I ventured out on Black Friday to buy some appliances for our kitchen remodel and why we waited until our last stop to go to Home Depot, I will never know.!!! Our sales person Joe was amazing He was very knowledgeable and kind and patient and allowed us to get all of our appliances in one bundle and thanks to The Home Depot black Friday sale. We were able to save a lot of money. Thank you to Joe, you were very helpful.

This is my favorite store. We buy all our summer,winter and household need. All my home needs. Highly recommend this store. Workers are the best.

Our experience in the flooring department was excellent. Cindy checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and assisted us with placing our order. She was thorough and clearly explained the process for scheduling a floor-measurement appointment. She also helped us choose the right flooring color. Overall, it was a pleasant and successful shopping experience.

I would never recommend anybody to buy these cabinets from this company. I've had nothing but problems with them.

I really hope that once I get my new cupboards and this mess is all cleared up that you store make it right to me for the hassle that I have been through . Starting with the broken ones I received and the mistake that was made with my measurements and having to wait another two weeks for new cabinets to come in. Not having a sink for weeks. I don't think I would ever tell anyone to buy through your store. I just really hope you make right of the situation and compensate me for the time I had to bring my cupboard back to your store and now I have to go pick up new cupboards.

Obviously it's not entirely the store's fault, however, it shows that there is room for improvement in security system for check outs!

Very poor grade plywood no matter which thickness you wanted. Warped pieces 8 ft by 4 ft and large chucks out of it.

I bought a milwaukee combo set still waiting for it. I wish they would carry instore. Bought a ladder and a blower milwaukee work great. Great store great people.

I wanted to buy plants but they were in terrible shape. Instead of waiting on their vendors to show up and take care of them, home depot should of at least water them

My wife and I were shopping for garden plant's and found that the store had everything we needed. Personal were very helpful and friendly. Also, the store was very clean and well stocked. Found that a lot of prices were cut in half on certain plants. Thank you, Home Depot.

Good selection of 1/2" plywood. Easy to get it cut to size.

Shopping in the store and I’ve never been greeted by anybody. But with big shots in the store, everybody and their brother was so nice and friendly. I bought 25 gallon things of water. Nobody helped me load them into my shopping cart or ask me or ask if I wanted my car loaded so I was not happy about that at all.

I shop at the PetSmart next door to this home depot every month, so when I needed to stock up on some household items, & to purchase a couple fans, it made sense to visit this home depot. The store was clean, organized, easy to move through, & had everything I needed in stock. I also appreciate the fact that there were plenty of available handicap parking spots in the parking lot. The employees in the store were friendly, particularly the blonde woman up front near the self checkouts. I also appreciated the help one of the employees gave me to select a power strip. He had excellent product knowledge, & gave me helpful suggestions.

Spent time in APPLIANCES Dept. and with the assistance of an EXEMPLARY employee (Alyssa) we made our purchase. Employees we encountered at this Home Depot were ALL helpful and very pleasant! We WILL return to this store.

I am all done wasting my time and money at this Home Depot !! Every time that you go into this store you will be ignored by the employees because they do not know what they are doing there other than wasting peoples time or playing on their phones. Even after asking for some assistance they still walk right on past you claiming that they are going to find someone to help, well call me stupid but aren’t you wearing an orange vest?? Noting but untrained people who don’t know what they’re doing. NEVER AGAIN!!

I love love love this location! Any time I go here, I always encounter a staff member who’s available to help if and when needed! I actually live closer to one way closer like walking distance but, it’s never a good experience there. Roseville Home Depot has the most professional, knowledgeable, and reliable staff and I will continue shopping here.

I will say that every employee was amazing. I had someone come to my car and greet me and let me know someone would take me to the corral. Two fellows loaded my car. Just a great experience and such nice staff! Good work!
