Great store for all your home needs.

While the appearance of the store looks clean and organized, it’s not until you try to find usable trim molding that you discover what the issue is. The bins are full of product however 90% of the items are damaged. Apparently that department is managed by a third-party company who is clearly not removing damaged or broken inventory. Many items are sold by the foot but the pieces on the shelf come in odd lengths requiring you to either cut them or pay for the length you don’t need. Furthermore, there is no means of measuring the product within the aisle when the product is sold by the foot. I think it’s clear that Home Depot does not wish to sell wood products any longer, rather just sell power tools and Christmas trees.

Was not aware that this store had a no return policy for appliances & money is non-refundable. We were not informed when we bought the dishwasher. They should not be selling appliances if customers cannot get their money back & customers are not happy. Changes are needed for this type of policy. Associates can only do what they are suppose to do but ultimately it's the Mgr's. who ought to be more helpful. I feel we have been treated badly as customers, this is not acceptable.

Really great store. Employees know where to find the products you need. Had what I wanted. Other shoppers were even helpful. One gentleman even helped us get a water heater on a cart. Great place to shop.

Every time I shop at this store I encounter friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates. I do a lot of home projects, and know that when I shop here I will get the proper service and information that I need to complete my projects.

I have been going to the Roseville store because it is very convenient and good products and great help.

I just took a survey and at the end they put I didn't like this store. This is not true. I love shopping this Home Depot. I thi k I must of pushed a erong answer.

Cody from the Roseville store from the paint department showed me exactly where cleaning product was down the next aisle. Every time I go to the Home Depot there is someone to help me find something I need. I really appreciate the excellent customer service each time I visit Home Depot. The store is clean, fully stocked, and the prices are great!

Only 2 of 4 self check outs now accept cash. Yet credit cards are accepted at all 4. This significantly slows down check out options for those that use cash. The manager said this system speeds up the check out process per "corporate". It doesn't for those that use cash.

One of the best Home Depot's around, clean, bright, well-stocked, plenty of approachable, friendly staff.
