Very professional and pleasant resolution of of an unexected cancellation of an order that led to a signiifcant personal fiancial loss. Home Depot was immediately on site on September 11, 2001. You are deeply appreciated for your determination to make things right, then and now, big and small. T Thank you.

The customer service folks and Returns are very good . I Avoid most staff under 25, this demographic can only point with their finger and then walk away.

Cashier could not help us and then the assistant store manager was rude, unapologetic, and did not correct the issue. I do not recommend this location.

I had a couple items to return and Jacey did a fantastic job. She was super competent and calm even with a line of customers! Great service!!!

I go to Home Depot at least once a week during the summer to get things for my garden, projects, and other stuff. The employees there have always been constantly helpful and willing to do anything to help or give advice. Usually if the person isn’t knowledgeable about something they will find someone that can help. I stopped in today to get some mulch and the employee working in the garden center was so great with some ladies that couldn’t find the seeds they needed. He told them exactly where to find the seeds and even suggested some others that they might want. He was AWESOME and his name was RAPHAEL.

Before my kitchen countertops would be installed I was billed almost a thousand dollars more to install. I wound up canceling my order. Paid in full does not mean you get to charge more. Horrible experience.

If I had known I could share pictures I'd have taken pictures of every rude lazy employee in the building

My elderly Mom needed a new refrigerator. As we entered the appliance department, we were greeted by Charlie. We cannot express more how friendly, professional, patient and considerate he was with her needs. Was able to confidently purchase one in a prompt matter with the guide of his expertise.

Annette is terrible. She is angry. She is unapproachable and obviously hates people. So why does she work in the Customer Service dept? Stay away from her.

Went in to look at dishwashers and washing machines. Charlie was the associate that helped me. I will look for him from now on. He knew his stuff. Very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I bought both appliances

The cashier asked me if I was returning something for being at the cashier located North of the Roswell, NM Home Depot store. Other people paid before and after me and she didn't ask them anything. I think I was racially profiled because of my brown color skin.

I purchased a pallet of wood pellets and it took an hour to finally find someone “willing” to use the forklift to load my purchase

Keith helped us to find the tile in the color we wanted and the correct cement to use. He made sure we had the correct amount to product to do the job we were working on. You need hire more people like Keith. He was friendly and courteous. Saved us having to run back to the store several times by making sure we had everything we needed. It is People like Keith that make me come back to Home Depot. Thanks, Keith.

We needed help at the self-checkout. The cashier would not listen to us and ultimately rang up the wrong item. Tried to show her the correct item on our phone and she ignored us. Did not even say thank you when we finished. She acted like we were bothering her.

I have been busy with home projects for past year. This Home Depot has been a great place to get my supplies!

I bought a refrigerator that is amazing. The selection was great and the staff was very very helpful!! Xavier spent lots of time helping and answering questions.

I purchased a new refrigerator last week and the sales person Charlie (in Roswell NM) was great. He really knew his stuff! He was very professional, informative and helpful. If you need an appliance and are shopping in Roswell, definitely ask for Charlie!

The employees are not very happy obviously.

If you have flooring needs see John C. in flooring. He offers good customer service and helped us get what we needed in a professional manner.

I am a somewhat frequent customer of this store and can always rely on the emplyees to be helpful and very kind. I appreicate the employee making the customer feel welcome and valued and that is what I get from this store.

We found the shower stall that we were looking for and it was in stock.

Went in today to buy electrical boxes and other items. We went to self checkout and the numbers on the boxes would not scan. Tracy helped us out and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Tracy

I have to say out of every store I have been to never seen someone want to help customers like Tracy she was outstanding and made me feel welcomed and would love to see her get rewarded for her amazing work

I went in today and had the rudest clerk imaginable, asked about my military discount said she did not know, asked about the Pro discount said she did not know. After I paid asked for someone to help load up 40lb bags of pellets, rudely she called mentioned a code. No one came to help me. I regret I asked for my military discount, if this is the way veterans are treated at your stores I am taking my business elsewhere.

Charlie was super helpful very informative and very friendly
