Doing a complete remodel of the half bath, I was able to get everthing I needed from either the store or the online shopping.

Fiona, even though she's a cashier was very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for and then walked me to the self check out where Nancy walked me through check out. Both girls were very friendly!

Customer Service is excellent, sales Associates are always friendly and the store always looks neat. Love the Home Depot.

A lot of products do not have selec tion of different brands and prices to compare

I found with ease what I needed. The service was good. Just need to be careful on leaving out store ladders and clean up the front entrance a little better.

EXCEPT FOR SOME BLOCKED AISLES OK. THE ASSOCIATE THAT WAS STOCKING WAS NOT AWARE THEY WERE BLOCKING, NOR, DID THEY NOTICE I HAD TO DETOUR.

I stopped into the Home Depot in Roswell, NM, while travelling to my daughter's home. I needed a specialty item to work on a remodeling problem (masonry drill bits). I was greeted by a very friendly, very knowledgeable associate in the tool section - an older gentleman. He quickly helped me determine what I needed, provided advice for its use and got me on my way. He genuinely cared to find out what I needed and help me. Probably my best home improvement store experience ever. Bravo Roswell!

The store was very noce the wokers were very helpfull, bit the flowers I wanted were not in stock.

we were very pleased with the help we received in the cabinet department the salesperson was very knowledgeable in helping us orders cabinets for our bathroom project. we had a 2 hour block of time and did not feel rushed.

I needed a few more pieces of hardware for my project that needed put together before the concrete set. I saw that the box in hardware only had 6 pieces and I needed 8 pieces . The store associate at the Roswell store found what I needed by checking the boxes of other sizes (because customers sift thogh the boxes) The store sghowed having more than enough of thew pieces so he just started checking different sizes and found my needed pieces, quickly and was cheerful about helping me. I was able to do the project without running around town and allowing the concrete to stiffen to much. I was very thankful for the quick reponse and thinking on the part of the associate. Thank yoyu GHome Depot for the staff.

I like the lighting dept and the deals you can get that look more expensive than they are. The cashier was very helpful when we checked out. It was a plesant experience.

My husband asked me to check the rototillers and compare. A wonderful younger man by the name of James was very helpful in this area and beat the price of other rototillers I had priced. Then there was another man by the name of John who helped load the rototiller for me.

I have shopped at The Home Depot for many years and am always satisfied with my experience. I will contiue to go to them for my home project needs

I don't normally like to use self checkout but all lines were busy and Fiona offered to check me out, she was friendly and helpful and made it a pleasurable experience
