This store is as clean as they can keep it. The store is smaller than the usual but, the associates do a pretty good job of keeping up with it.

The store is very organized. The employees offered help even though I did not need help finding anything.

I love this store and the Upper Marlboro store as the associates in both are extreamly helpful and knowledgable. I always have a good experience and love shopping at these two stores.

My sales associate Brian Blair went above and beyond to help me with a project. He saved me time and money.

I was very happy with the assistance I received from five associates who assisted me in the search of the microwave I was trying to purchase. The two ladies from the showroom area, Alexander and JD, plus a few others that were asked questions in the search were all pleasant and helpful working with the tools they had available. It took about one and a half hours to track down the microwave, but they never abandoned us. Thank you! What would be helpful is having the information in the computer be accurate, Would have saved a lot of time!

employee's act like they are doing you a favor waiting on you, if they are that unhappy about there job maybe they should look else where for employment.

My visit to this store was about the policy that home depot had regarding helping with a need for a handicap ramp for a person who requires full time care.The store responded with some help on the material cost and I purchased the material that day and the ramp is in use. Thanks goes to those who helped make effort possible. The partnership of home depot with this family has been a blessing.

Bobby and Nick in the Garden Center were not only helpful but fun with whom to work! I went there expecting the same non-existent customer service the other HD in Annapolis is famous for and was more than surprised. Even the associates offered help to each other. Great leadership of the store Manager! Forest Plaza has my business from here on out!

The help my Girl Scout Troop and I got in the building/wood department was fantastic. The Associate was easy to talk to, handled our novice questions and gave sound advice directly to the Troop. Spent the time with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Custom cut what they could (which was pretty much everything). Recommended better products than we even knew existed for our service project. Guided us in what to ask for, in the Paint department, to make our project stand the seasons and look great. Involved the Girl Scouts in discussing the materials and how to use and install the products. Walked with us to the check out and ensured that the Cashier was informed on our materials. The Girls left confident and happy about the materials they got. Truly impressive help.

I did not need the help of an associate as I know this store very well. I was glad that the one product I came to the store was available and, surprisingly, was on sale.

I found all my items but I could have used help but none was available. It was a busy Saturday. I usually go to another store on Rt 450.

TWO OTHER STORES TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD DELIVER. HOME DEPOT IF I WOULD HAUL IT I COULD GET IT THAT DAY. SO I HAULED IT AND GOT THE JOB FINISHED THAT DAY.

Two sales associates in the flooring department went above and beyond in helping us with our bath renovation. All our tile questions were answered and they both offered us suggestions to help us make our decisions.

We went to purchase a grill. Noting fancy, just small with fold down sides. The one we wanted was not available but we were able to find a replacement at a much better price and a nicer grill then the one we wanted. The only issue I had is that home depot does not honor on line pricing when you are in the store. The manager was very helpful is helping us and the store associate that helped us in locating the grill was as nice as he could be and went out of his way to look for a cover for it. The cashiers were all friendly and always smiled and greeted you.

A cashier who was putting items back on selves helped me above and beyond anything I could believe. She talked to me for approx. five min. and then it was off shopping....She was a BIG BIG help I now have the house the way I want it The easy way is let the people in the store help you they will explain as they go along Paint people are BEST my house is painted only with in house paint carpet the same way Thanks for making my job and life easier and a special thank you to the person that made it all happen

Products easy to find. Couldn't find an associate immediately but cashier was very helpful.

Elsie was our cashier on a busy Sunday afternoon. She was friendly, so upbeat as well as professional. Elsie represents Home Depot in a very positive manner. In this busy world of ours, it is nice to interact with people like Elsie!

I am not knowledgeable about nail guns but decided I needed one for the decking project I am embarking on. I first went to the rental department to see how much one would cost to rent. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices and decided I needed much more knowledge. I went to the hardware section and found Rick who spent a very long time educating me about nail guns in general and helped me select the proper gun for my project. He also helped me find the correct nails and gave me some very helpful pointers on using the equipment. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his eagerness to help me find the correct tool for my job. He was also extremely friendly and made my shopping experience absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Rick. Oh, I decided to buy the nail gun since I would be using it for several days and renting was not financially reasonable.

Store neat, clean and well organized. Great customer service. I like the way you can go to Home Depot website and actually see if a certain store has the item you want in stock.

Associates at the paint desk are very friendly.. Overall I like this store!!

My wife and I went in knowing we needed a new chainsaw, but not knowing which one. The associate met us at the chainsaws, asked if we needed help, and proceeded to give us an objective review of the various models. He also told us about a fuel availability we didn't even know existed, pre-mixed and ready to go. He even took the time to explain safety procedures for using the chainsaw. The cashier, Meta, was likewise helpful. She met us at the self-checkout, scanned our bulky items, and helped when I was having trouble with the giftcard. This is the bext Home Depot I have visited!

I love the Associates in this store, they always help me and I have perfer this location because of that
