Workers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Don't ask Cathy in the garden section for help ! Not only will you be ignored, she encourages other customers to accost you and refuses to call for assistance. After 30 minutes of trying to get her attention, I asked her why she was acting like she couldn't hear me talking to her ? She angrily told me to stop interrupting her. There was no one in her line at that point. She flat out refused to acknowledge me so I did ask for a manager to get the pricing on several items. I had to go inside to customer service to request help. When the store manager, Michael does respond - he immediately begins the interaction with attempting to shame the customer asking for help. Next he says the plants I want a price on are being thrown away and not for sale. However, when shown that the plants are in fact alive and marked for sale - he agrees, but not before insulting the knowledge and intelligence of the customer once again ! Despite no expertise in gardening, he is sure to tell the me that these plants are not cold weather hardy ( but they sure are ! ) When the garden manager Joe arrives at the very end, he was very nice and confirmed that these plants are not dead and actually in good condition. He and another employee helped load the 15 foot trees in my truck and secured them. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience.

All establishments are dealing with Covid 19 and necessary procedures. This store was extremely poor in promoting social distancing. It was too crowded, few x's in line designated areas. All check out is now self check out. I have been successful at many a self check out, but the one at this home depot was new to me. I was at the terminal next to exit. As I attempted to use the terminal, the clerk seated at the exit yelled "your're not doing it right" 3 times. The terminal went off "Customer In Need of Assistance". There were 4 clerks standing in front of the self checkout area but it took 3-4 minutes for one to assist me. She scanned the item and left. I attempted to push "Pay Now" prompt on screen, didn't work. I went to the clerk and politely asked for assistance again, she ignored me. I left the terminal and waited in Customer Service line to pay for my item.

I urgently needed a new refrigerator--the old one died. I received help immediately from the Appliance Specialist. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Could not ask for more! The store looked great and uncluttered. Very happy with the purchase.

Before coming in to store #2589, we had an estimate from a private contractor, who gave us a rather large quote. After speaking to HD flooring specialist, we found that their estimate was cut in half including materials! We're getting our flooring with HD and are excited to have them work on the project. Their flooring specialist should be commended for his excellent customer service and great attitude!

The Annapolis Home Depot (#2589) on Forest Drive is outstanding and very clean. The employees are very friendly, respectful and helpful. They helped me find the items I needed.

The Home Depot on Forest Drive in Annapolis is hands down the best home improvement store I have been to. I would pay more to come here for what I need than the competitor. Customer service is top notch, and many very knowledgeable employees. I am in often and the experience is always top notch. They have a large selection and always have exactly what I need, or something that will do the job just the same.

Everyone is available and helpful. Extra efforts for your assistance and processing purchase.

OVERALL GREAT STORE LUMBER DEPARTMENT IS SPLIT UP THOUGH U CAN GO TO THE BACK GATE AND CHECKOUT WHICH WORKS OUT FOR THE MOST PART. STORE IS USALLY CLEAN AND MORE ORGANIZED THAN OTHER HOME DEPOT STORES, ASSOCIATES ARE PRESENT IN DEPARTMENTS AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP OUT IF NEEDED

Had to wait for employee to come to his department. Had to ask several times to page the employee for millwork. I was told that a plain exterior door with double locks (two holes) was not available, but the contractor could put a dead bolt lock on the door. I paid to have the contractor come out to take measurements of the door, but after 4 days, I called to cancel the appointment. Approximately four hours after cancelling the appointment, the contractor called and left a message saying he would be at my house the next day. I called him and left a message telling him not to come and to call me if he wanted to know why.

I had a great experience in this store. Crystal cheerfully helped me return something, there was another gal behind the returns area who was also friendly but I can’t remember her name, I’m sorry. Also, Katie was friendly and helpful when I was looking at the Christmas items!

Went there late and unfortunately almost closing time, however they got my paint mixed and the chaser was extremely nice and was out of there really fast , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Did the online order process 2 days in a row and both times I had to wait between 20 and 45 minutes. The first time I went to the counter for my order and it wasn’t there. This was two weeks after the order was placed and after several emails from Home Depot telling me “Don’t forget your order.” It was a wheel barrow that was assembled and it was not upfront. I had to wait 45 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Today I went in after placing another order online last night. When I went in AGAIN they did not have my order up front. This is after TWO notifications stating it was. This young female employee slowly walks back to wherever my item is supposed to be and brings me out an ASSEMBLED item which I SPECIFICALLY did not want. Then, she SLOWLY walks back to get one in a box and guess what? THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY. Seriously?!?!?! I wasted another 20 minutes for this and I had another appointment to get to. So not only did they not have it, they wasted my time and I was late to the next appointment. What is the point of online ordering it when you go to pick up your order it isn’t even there. When I finally said to please just refund my money the young girl just replied “OK thank you have a nice day.” Three employees standing there who didn’t really care that they did not have what I specifically ordered and wasted my time. I will not go back to that Home Depot again. Seriously ZERO customer service skills.

Be careful of home remodeling appointments and scheduled appointments within the store. They are very unreliable. The projects they have completed for me have been done well, but communication is lacking!

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. ONE OF THE MOST FRIENDLINESS, PLEASANT, AND HELP EMPLOYEES AT THE SERVICE IS CRYSTAL. I FEEL THAT SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS. WHENEVER I NEED TO FIND AN ITEM IN THE STORE, AFTER COMPLETING MY RETURN, SHE ALWAY GIVES ME THE LOCATION OF THE ITEM.

We consistently find everything we are looking for in this Annapolis store. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful.
