This store constantly meets my needs. If I need help I get correct help and efficiently.

On the many occasions I visit this Home Depot in my neighborhood I find the employees helpful and knowledgeable about the products and where to find them. It is my favorite Home Depot and I go there for assistance, information, and for any products I need to help with my gardening and repairs around my residence.

Great appliance sales staff. Debby and Bernadette are knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I had a problem with a delivery and Jeremy, the assistant manager, was quick to understand the situation and quick to offer a solution. Very nice to work with employees who understand the value of customer service. Worth going back just for that!

I have been shopping here since '07 and the staff are like a second family. No kidding; this awesome guy at the contractor desk motivated me to kick a nicotine habit; I havent picked it up since.

Ronaldo at the Pro Desk is the best!!! He saved me this morning by helping me gather materials very quickly and helped me put them in the van.

Jeff store manager is amazing. Ronaldo assisted me the entire way and stacie closed out the sale. Best store experience a I am a frequent shopper.

We were shopping for a kitchen improvement project. The personnel in the kitchen cabinet section ignored us for the first 15 minutes; as they were talking amongst themselves. When I greeted them, one didn't even look up from her computer and the other gave the type of forced service where she has to help due to the nature of her job, but didn't really want to. There was another associate in the kitchen appliance section who was very nice. Ironically, she had just finished training. The personnel at the customer service desk was very helpful. Perhaps they should retrain their team members.

Very adequate supply of items even those on sale.

The employees at this store are the very best. They come across as really enjoying their job and will go the extra mile to help you.

Meta the sales associate found the display sign for a "buy one get another free" offer was not to start until May. But she gave me the deal anyway. It was such a good deal I'll be back next month when the promotion really starts!

This is my "go to" store for any hardware needs. I can find anything easily and have used the store so many times I am familiar with the layout and the location of what I seek by memory.

If you are going to this store and require help, good luck with that, The only employees we saw walked right passed us as we were trying to get top soil from behind the fork lift parked in front of the top soil. they looked at us and walked away. As we were loading items in our car we shouted to the jerk off employee "that's ok we got this" he waved and walked off. This store sucks when it comes to help

I had a problem with a exterior door lock and Maurice Williams in the Forest Drive, Annapolis MD store was extremely helpful and knows how to re-key locks. Very nice man and actually wants his customers experience to be a good one.

I tell you what, if their is anything you ever need from this Home Depot in plumbing? Hands down, Rob is your guy! I am so very impressed with the knowledge he had over his area in plumbing.(I visit Home Depot(s) on a daily basis. He knows the shelf and location of what you need. I have never in all my visits to a Home Depot come across such an outstanding employee who cared enough about his area to know where everything is located , to better serve the customers who frequent the stores for materials and supplies! Great job Rob, Home Depot should be very honored and proud to have you appart or their team!

ok experience

Although this is a smaller store than the HD I usually shop at they go out of the way to help. I had called to find our in a certain stone was available ( they happen to be the only one of the four HD where I shop that had the product). The gentleman I spoke with had a associate check visibly to make sure they had the item in stock. When I went to the store the young lady at the pro desk was most helpful to get me some additional information I requested. This is just the way it has been for me at all four stores!

this store is not the largest home depot but has everything we have needed.staff are courteous and helpful.

I ordered 3 custom rugs in the flooring department. The customer service, carpet quality, turnaround time as well as delivery were just right! I would recommend as well as visit again. If you are getting flooring done, ask for Diane B. If she is unavailable, ask for Andrew O. What a great help! They need a holiday bonus or a raise.

I just had an amazing experience at Home Depot in Annapolis. In the midst of crazy Christmas shopping, the manager at this store went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Helpful employees and I have consistently been helped with knowledgeable folks.

This is not the largest HD in Annapolis however it always seems to have the best selection and inventory available compared with the other HD or any other home DIY store. The manager, Rick, went out of his way to give me top level service and satisfaction with a purchase. Great store and staff!
