I can’t believe how rude these people are. No one was gonna help me. I asked if I could use a cart and the guy said no I had to shoot ceiling fan on my hand and the employee couldn’t even bother to to help out.. I needed a key redone and no one showed up for that either, so I never got what I needed

I believe everyone shopping at this particular Home Depot will agree that it is a difficult place to shop and get ANY assistance. The staff is unwelcoming, unhelpful, and rude. The managers couldn't do anything except run around looking silly. I was not able to return a broken tool because the people in customer service didn't work in customer service and told me everyone had just been fired? Awful

I always have great service at the Brodie Ln store. Today I was looking a mulch and 2 employees came over to see if they could help me. I was glad to see then since I have a bad hip and was dreading to load those 10 bags on the cart then into my truck. They thanked me for shopping with them and had great smiles! The store has re-arranged some areas especially inside the garden tool area and power lawn tools. It is easier to view and under brighter light now. Fuel is on isle 10 with gas tools. Light bulbs are now with the light fixtures not isles over as previous..

Gilbert was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He knows his stuff and willing to help, a rarity these days. Kudos to Gilbert in Plumbing.

We had a very specific and large purchase to make, and we had such a great experience not once but SEVERAL (like 6) times with the people working here. Isaac in Kitchens was so patient and eager to help, even when it got to be a lot. I also watched him do the same with another customer!! Linda in hardware/plumbing literally became like a personal shopper assisting me with several harder to find items. William at checkout was the most enthusiastic and grateful cashier, as if I were buying directly from him! And Katy, the manager was quick to address some damage we found on a package before we paid for it. Every time we visit this particular store we are overwhelmed by how gracious, knowledgeable, and eager to help everyone is!! Thank you!!

I bought a refrigerator on memorial weekend. The sales representative was very well informed and helpful with the process I conducted in the purchase of the refrigerator. Gordon was very patient, listened to my needs and made sure to answer all my questions. He explained very well the whole process of delivery and warranty.

Please shop here. They really do their best and have kept certain employees long term and it is a joy to see them on a regular basis. The team really does a great job for this store.

I come here about once a quarter or less, so I don't know the layout, but it doesn't matter because the Home Depot almost always have people in sight and any of them will help me find exactly what I need, no matter what they area doing. Chef's kiss on the customer service.

I forgot one of my bags and the store called to let me know and held it for me.

Been shopping at this location since they opened. always clean and always an employee to assist with help if needed. Although I do miss when they were open 24 hours at the beginning. Been there at 3AM plenty of times due to emergency plumbing issues.

My Home Depot experience was so much better because of Adele. She was friendly, helpful, and made my very complicated order smooth.

This isvthe original HD in Austin area actually it was over in the Academy building. I have been going there seems like forever. This is a great place filled with employees who care.
