Friendly, helpful employees
Employee in kitchen and bath examined each piece of a toilet in an open box to verify that it was in perfect condition. It was the last of that model in the store. I needed the toilet the next morning. So happy I did not have to drive to another store.

Fantastic Customer Service
My wife and I went into the Mueller Home Depot location to inquire about a refrigerator and had the absolute pleasure working with an employee in the appliance area. Normally I don't leave reviews, but we were so happy with the level of service this gentleman provided that I have to share it with the community. The employee was patient and friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. He talked us through all of the available purchase options and he went above and beyond by highlighting the specific information we would need to apply for a manufacturer's rebate. When we left, my wife and I commented on how that was the best experience we have ever had at a Home Depot. We will definitely go back to this store, especially if we need an appliance and hope to have the pleasure of working with that gentleman again!

Will not price match their own website.
What an absolutely terrible policy. The store associate used their phone to help me find the product I was looking for and would not price match their own online price when the item range up for 20% more in store.

George in Lumber is Diamond!
Yesterday I ventured into Home Depot to purchase some veggies and gardening supplies. I was upset that the price on the vegetable transplants had increased so much so I started to leave, but I remembered that I needed a piece of wood for a stand. Mr. George greeted me in the lumber department. He was very kind and patient as he probed me on my needs and found a great, economical solution. He eventually cut several pieces of wood for me. Mr. George is a gracious and kind soul, passionate about providing good customer service. And he is extremely proud of his tenure and commitment to Home Depot for so many years. I am so thankful that I met him because he reminds me of the good in humanity. I wish him well in his future professional and personal endeavors, and I hope #6892 management recognizes that he is truly a diamond in their shop.

We were racially profiled
This experience was horrible because we were racially profiled as we exited the store. In the last 6 weeks, I’ve spent over $9000 at Home Depot for new home renovations. This is my first time visiting this store in Mueller, however this will be my last time. Literally, 8 other customers were walking out the store at the same time as us, but this employee named “Greg” chased us down, demanded only our family to show our receipt, & further humiliated me by addressing me as sir. I am disgusted!

The rat infestation in the gardens area is ridiculous and a hazard to customers
The rat infestation if beyond control they were literally in the racks in the green house looking at me from the tops and running around. I left from there with the bags that I had to sift through to make sure they didn’t have rodent holes in them. I went to the actual outside garden because I needed fertilizer as well. And obviously there were more rats there. So I had to sift through those bags also. By this time no telling what kind of contamination and diseases I had on my hands at this point. I go to look at the succulents and a big rat runs out from the bottom of the metal tables. I scream but there’s obviously no one around. Had I not need the items for the project I drove there for I would have just left. Very unfortunate and very disappointed.
