I bought a shower door weeks ago and never received it. Cancelled and reordered. Still haven't received it. Don't even know if it has shipped. Never received an email that it has or has not been shipped and of course no one answers the phone.

Everyone was so helpful and Sheila was definitely the standout. I recommend this location and we will be back!

Easy to find what I need, friendly staff.

I recently had to purchase a new refrigerator and thought it was going to be an unpleasant experience. I knew the model I wanted, and while HD did not have it on the floor, Mimi in the appliance department was extremely helpful in pulling up the specs online, answering all my questions, checking me out and giving me some great pointers when it comes time for delivery. While being the only person working in the department and getting approached by several other customers (one a really rude lady who was out of line), Mimi maintained her professionalism and a smile throughout all her interactions. Her positive attitude made the experience one to remember. Thanks Mimi!

While visiting the store looking for Black Friday deals (you can imagine how busy the store was), I found a great deal on a tool set that I wanted to donate to a family in need. I quickly found a store employee, Gary, who helped disentangle the safety wire holding the tool set. Simply making conversation, I relayed what I intended to do with the tool set. Gary then decided that the store would donate a second tool set for another family. This was completely unsolicited and completely wonderful! Truly this is what the joy of holidays is all about! Thank you Home Depot- customer for life!

Of 12 stores in the Austin region, this one is one of the best. Managers are great, staff knows their stuff, everyone is helpful. Good selection too.

This store is so neat and organized. I was in and out in 15 minutes, including the checkout process. It's so easy to find what you need, even when you're in a rush. They have everything!

I always appreciate how chipper associates are when coming through the store on evenings and weekends. Multiple associates greet you and offer assistance as you walk through the store which makes for a very positive shopping experience.

This is my favorite Home Depot anywhere. Most employees are super friendly and actually do their absolute best to help. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's my home away from home.

Good customer service is hard to find in stores these days. Home Depot is different, and this location in particular impressed me with how helpful employees were at every step. Plus I finally found the right product for my needs, and within my budget.

Bought a power tool and was helped by Cashier Bonnie - great employee who helped out greatly.

I made the mistake of ordering floors from there. The installation crew from a different company did an excellent jpb and the floors look fabulous but Home Depot was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT go there.

Max meets me in the parking lot. He gets a cart for me. He has helped me load material and load my truck. He is always busy improving HD’s brand. Go Max.

August assisted us in the purchase of a new BAR B Q. HIS EXPERT ADVISE WAS EXCEPTIONAL And he went out of his way to get the product and load it for us. I and my wife are disabled Viet Nam Veterans... Without his help we could not have been able to purchase this product. Outstanding service. Thanks

I asked 3 different employees for help answering questions about my purchase, and waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me. Then after I checked out (spending nearly $500) I was stopped by another employee suspecting me of stealing. She asked to see my receipt. She was literally standing next to the cashier that checked me out. I’m livid about this experience.

I just bought a number of RIO planters and am so pleased with them. HD has a great selection too. I bought similar plants last year and they bloomed all the time from spring until mid winter. Such a joy.

The South Austin Sunset Valley store has a great inventory and almost always has what I need. I go there at least once a week and it’s a great place to shop.

There are a few home improvement stores in the area but this one is by far the best. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and look like they enjoy their jobs!

There was an employee literally walking the isles asking customers if they needed assistance.

The staff at Home Depot Sunset Valley know their stuff. They're helpful and pleasant. Whenever I can, I try to head over to this store since I know I'll get great service and support, whether it's something small or a big re-model project.

Sunset Valley, Austin TX location March 5, 2022 7:30pm - 8:30pm. The department leader had no intention at all to help customers. Her team mate was clearly overwhelmed. The leader did not offer any help and was doing something else but dealing with customers. It took more than 25 minutes before the station leader decided to call another staff member to assist. Throughout that 25 minutes and after the call for assistance, the station leader continued ignoring customers waiting in line. To make it worse, the leader was whining about wanting to leave work early and was very dismissive and condescending to the staff who came to provide help. I've worked in customer service and understand that it can be hard and frustrating. But still, be professional and don't be rude to your co workers and customers.

I entered the store with a goal of finding parts to fix a cold laminator that I was just introduced to earlier that day. With only a few bits of info that I could communicate, Ray in hardware was able to help me solve my problem. He went above and beyond by realizing what I thought I was looking for and suggesting a better alternative. I walked out of Home Depot $1.96 poorer.
