Delivery service was trash
My $465 Delta tub surround was thrown around and package was all tore up!

    My time was wasted
    I ordered a storm door with installation and my time was wasted. I received a text from the installer stating he wanted to schedule an installation date and time with me. I took time off work only to find out the installer do not have the product after the scheduled time had expired. Home Depot did not verify with the third party and the customers time was wasted. Thy need to do better.

            The front desk operator did not followup on my contacting help in door deptartment. I waited and never got the door department and very frustraited with the front desk lady. That didn't stop my service though. I drove to the store and got exelent service

                I like this Home Depot because it's big and clean and employs lots of helpful people. I kinda like to think if I wanted to have a second job at least I got one of the best options I could think of is to work there. That's just a silly dream of mine, but it's a good store so what can you expect.

                    Return over ordered items
                    The store employees ordered the things for my new floors. Not me..do when it came time to return what they over ordered I was charged a restocking fee.this is not fair to the buyer. No one ever said there's a restocking fee. I believe this is so unfair to the the customer you may want to think about your projects do e by Home depot its not my fault they ordered to much.

                      Every time I'm on break, I like to work around my house and every time I start a new project, HomeDepot is my second home. I always go there and they help me with everything I need, they even teach me how to do things.

                          When I commented to the young lady standing at the end of self check-out, I need to find a store that had people to wait on me, they use to call in customer service, she kind of scoffed as she told me I could go to register one at the other end of the store. Custoomer service as far as I can tell is a thing of the past. So anyone over 65 expects it. Guess your just waiting for us to die off because the next generation as grown up without it.

                              The “Self”-Checkout That Needed a Babysitter
                              Oh, Home Depot… I came for spray paint and a quick exit. What I got was a full-blown episode of Customer Service: The Lost Art. Step one: buy spray paint. Boom — system locks up like I just tried to buy uranium. Attendant needed. Cool, safety and all that jazz. Step two: swipe my Home Depot card. Machine freaks out again and calls for backup like I triggered the vault alarm. Step three: watch the attendant deep in philosophical debate with another employee down the aisle while I stand there looking like a budget security camera. When she finally graced me with her presence, she fumbled my card like it was her first time seeing plastic. After a few failed attempts, she rage-quit and deleted everything… then started over like we were in Groundhog Day: Tool Aisle Edition. Should’ve just left. Would’ve been faster to drive to another store, build the self-checkout myself, and then ring up my own disappointment. One star. Would not recommend unless you enjoy chaos, delays, and watching customer service die in real time.

                                  Keep waiting, they're busy talking
                                  If you order online, don't expect your order to be ready anytime soon. I did an order in the morning, aiming to pick up later that afternoon, and after 5 hours, I arrive at the store, and still had not been pulled, I went back and got it myself, took it yo customer service, I told them I pulled my own order, and the woman had the audacity to get mad at me, saying they could have had someone getting for me, and would have a waste of their time. REALLY? after 6hours of ordering it, they were gonna pull it? Then again this past weekend, after 2.5hours, I canceled the order, and went in and got it myself. As I was walking back to get what I wanted, i walked by 2 employees talking and joking, and to my surprise, 3 more employees playing around. Yep, they are just busy playing around to help anyone

                                      I have purchased power tools, soil & plants, fencing, hardware for small projects, etc. The store is always well organized with employees available to assist in finding or suggesting the proper items for my projects. They are close to my location & have had everything I requested in stock with the exception of 1 time but ordered it online for delivery.

                                              I bought a bathroom vanity. I had picked it out online and this store had several available. The vanity is fine, love it actually. It was installed by our usual handyman. He changed the doors and drawers (the directions said easily changeable and they were). What so exemplary was the help. Sara and Karen were great. They were at the contractor's desk.
