I’ve done two custom door orders here and have had issues with both. I still don’t have two doors from one of those orders and it was made in early June. I should have canceled it and gone somewhere else.

I needed a few items to do some maintenance on my home. I asked where to find them. I got lots of help and was taken personally to the shelves where the items were located. Makes me feel good about shopping there.

Every Clerk is very helpful and willing to give advice.

If employees are going to be so disinterested, stop locking up so many items so customers can help themselves. Ridiculous.

Clean organized store. Usually stocked shelves &employees willing to help. Sometimes there is to much product between isles, making it hard to to maneuver cart . You always have to go outside to retrieve push carts because they r never returned inside of store.

Met a home depot employee named Bill, he worked the Garden area, he was busy working but stopped what he was doing to help my wife and I find the right spray to help my trees survive, Bill was funny, knowledgeable, very helpful and informative.

I remodeling my house. I come to Home Depot every time I run out of material. I usually go there after work. And every time I go, I met the same lady at the customer service desk. Her name is Alexis. She is a big tall lady. She is fun chat around with her coworker. But anytime I come to ask her help her face turning so mean and angry like I bother her from chatting with her coworker. I try to be nice. “Say hi! How are you?” to her but still she still show a mean face to me and doesn’t say anything. I look at her and tell her what I need help on. She have an attitude to me not one, every single time I go them from the first time. I wonder why? I don’t know her. Is she treated the other customer like she treated me? Or just me? I just go there to buy material to remodel my house. Everybody else is very nice. Only her is very bad. But unfortunately, every time I go there I always see her at the customer service deck again, that makes me never want to come back them again. My sister so mad when she saw what that lady did to me and she was telling the store manager about what happened. He is a nice guy and he was the one help me with find and put material on my shopping car for me. I didn’t know he is the manager there. Thank you very much!!!

All the employees that I have encountered at this store are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and the store is always well stocked with a wide variety of merchandise from which to choose. John in the Hardware section was especially helpful in assisting me with something very unusal and difficult to locate.

Not happy with the freezer we bought, does not work. I needed to go and talk to someone in person. After speaking with three different people, I am going to get a full refund. It also includes delivery charges.

We are building our home and Happy and her co-workers have gone above and beyond at the Pro Dept to meet our expectations.

A great store, but this happened: I'm a bank-less person and buy everything with cash or cash-apps. I attempted to bring back an item ($10 bottle of weed killer) unused, still foil-sealed and still available on the shelves - I had not kept the receipt. Customer Service "guy" immediately said, no receipt, no bank card, no refund. I said I'm familiar with policy, I'm good with store credit. Nope was the reply. I said I've done this before recently, has the policy changed. "Yup, I guess so." You get the gist - he was being a jerk. I insisted on the store credit telling him this altercation was unnecessary. He scanned the item and said, "Oh, I guess we can do this." I'm a good guy and he made me feel I brought something in for credit that I stole.

Associates have no clue of what they are doing, mostly you get kids that stand around and gossip or on their phones. To get any help you have to try and find someone

I like going to Home Depot because they have everything I usually need, but too often some personnel are not very knowledgeable about products and tend to guess. I give much credit to those go out of their way to help. Then there are some who appear to need better training in product information and friendliness….

I do not like Home Depot’s awful garden center policy. Instead of marking down the price of their plants, they just throw them in the trash. They also don’t water a lot of them either. Beautiful trees, rose bushes , bedding plants thrown in shopping carts going to the trash bin. I asked the girl who worked there and she told me “Home Depot doesn’t make any money until the sell the plants, they belong to another Vendor not Home Depot.” “A lot of the people that work here are young and don’t care, so they don’t water them either.” How lame is that? Grow a brain Home Depot!

My order was made at the South Reno store by employees but online services changed the prices / cancelled one item (never informing me, after four visits to the store got my money back/most of it). Do not use on line services !!!!!!

I shop at this store often and they never fail to impress me. Someone always greets you when you enter with a welcome to Home Depot. When you depart, they always thank you for shopping at Home Depot. It's obvious the Management of this store instills a customer friendly approach. When you ask for help, they don't just say it's on aisle 34, they accompany you to make sure you find the item you are seeking. Great service with a smile and a fantastic attitude

I bought 10” Timber screws for a large retaining wall. They worked great!

I live in Reno and drive to Carson City home depot because of thier great customer service. They work to find a solution.
