I bought a vinyl plank/tile cutter just to find out it had been used before. It was scratched up and the blade was dull. HD should check returned items to make sure they are in new conditon before putting them back on the shelf. I will be returning this tool for a full refund. Very annoying and disappoointing since it delayed my installation.

I had the greatest customer service at this place today, farah was the nicest person I ever seen in this Home Depot , very attentive caring! I’ll be going back for my other shopping !

The biggest benefit of the Steamboat HD is that it's close. But that's where it ends. Steamboat has fewer products than Neil or McCarran stores. Steamboat is also poorly stocked. The saving Grace are some employees like Tammy who serve the customers with a competent smile.

I am a widowed senior and the customer service I've had at this store is excellent. The young people in the store are very friendly, helpful and polite. I'm always impressed with the staff. When I have questions regarding a project, they have been great listening to my needs and or recommending something that will get my project done.

I always go to this particular store rather than other of the same kind. The professional knowledgeable staff are always friendly and quick to help you find whatever it is you’re looking for. It’s a great place to shop for any of your needs.

Always a great experience

I'd ordered some materials for a small repair project online, and then, in the same day discovered I wouldn't need them. So cancelled the order. A couple days later I rec'd an email that the stuff had arrived and was ready to be picked up. I went to the store and the person in Customer Service immediately understood what had happened, and in just a couple minutes had the situation resolved. Friendly. Professional. No drama. Unlike the 'other' store beginning with an 'L'. I shop at Home Depot for the depth of products available as well as the people who always seem ready and able to help.

I was running around looking for a space heater because we just lost power at my house. I went in to Home Depot and was greeted by some very friendly employees. When I did find the one I wanted I went to check out but it was the wrong price. The Assistant manager fixed it quickly and I literally was back on the road without a hitch.

The service is quick. The staff is helpful and funny. Everyone seems to enjoy their place of work and is egar to assist. It's nice to have a store with tool renting capabilities too.

No one to ask for help. There was a kid that’s walked by with his head down in his phone. Went to self checkout since no register was open and all the cashiers were chitchatting behind self checkout. A group of 4 people 2 girls and 2 guys. Brianna and julie where the only 2 names I could read on the aprons the 2 guys I can’t see their aprons they where turned the other way. No one watching or helping with self checkout very disappointed in the customer services that I have received.
