The reason we spent over 6K at your store was because of your salesman, Lenny. He was patient and very knowledgeable about flooring and kitchen counter products. He gave us much time to ask questions and answered them politely and professionally. We planned on buying at Lowes, but when we happened to run into Lenny (at Home Depot), he completely changed our minds about doing business with Lowes. Lenny is the main reason we spent our money at Home Depot.

The only reason I shop at this location is because Carolyn is always taking care of me and customers.

This store is one of my favorite shopping places. Almost always has what i am looking for, willing to cut my plywood or particle board so i can take it home in my SUV. Other places charge for this but not Home Depot. Very helpful staff and willing to suggest other places if they do not have the item i am looking for.

This particular location is brighter inside and definitely is very organized. The employees are always very friendly and more important... knowledgeable about the product. Obviously, a well managed store!

I love this location compared to the other Home Depot stores in Reno/Sparks. I am always greeted by the staff and always asked if I need any assistance. Their employees are extremely friendly and willing to assist. Other locations in Reno you are lucky if you can find someone to help you at all! If you get the chance, say "Hello" to Kim in the Steamboat location. Great customer service!

Always helpful to find something that I may need. Seem to go out of their way to insure that I have a satisfactory visit to HD.

All the people we have interacted with at this store have been great. We have been doing business here for 6 years. We will continue to go here first for our building and home supplys. special note to Jim in appliance he is great. all the associates have been great.

This particular home Depot has very friendly and professional staff. Everyone seems to like working there and genuinely like customers. People actually seem to know where things are and how they are used . They even upsell items you may want to use with something you want to purchase. The store in Seaside( sand city) California where we used to live was nothing like this. If my husband asked for help with lumber ,cutting it then you would have two or more employees try to pawn us off on the other like they got stuck babysitting on a Saturday night. Few in that store seemed to be able to identify their own products and how they work. If you asked for something you would have at least two people involved in the search . The worst thing was if you looked online and it said 12 in stock there were many times not one was in stock.

Go in there several time a week, if not several time a days - the store is clean and well orgainzed - the cashier, Carolyn, who i use often is awesome

ALWAYS CLEAN, WELL STOCKED. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND HELP, WHEN NEEDED. VERY CONVENIENT TO MY HOME.

Carl, in cabinets, is extremely helpful. His expertise made me feel confident with the remodeling process. He is an experienced professional Home Depot is fortunate to have.

This store is always well supplied, conveniently located. Has friendly and helpful employees that really assist you.

Excellent customer service because employees are skilled at the trades of their respective departments, and management is friendly, proactive. Pro Desk always strives to provide full service to contractors. There is a tool rental department at this store by the way, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable about the tools we by or rent at this store.

My only comment would be about one employee named Hector. He is the reason I would go out of my way to return to this store.

A good store to visit. Doesn't seem to have ALL things that a bigger store would have in stock, however the employees here are great!! and Helpfull.

Store is very clean and organized

Good supply of stock. Employees know their stock and can get what you need with out having to walk around. Store clean and well organized. Location perfect for me. Parking adequate. Store well lighted. Sufficient cashiers to speed up check out. Service desk acts fast when dealing with questions and problems. I believe Home Depot in South Reno is far better than Lowells on just off of McCarien. Keep up good work.

The store is so clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The employees are so friendly and helpful. They actually seem to be enjoying their work. It's easy to find an employee to ask a question or get help.

The employees at this store go out of their way to provide assistance. They even track down another associate if they are unable to answer your questions.

I almost always receive help when I need it. This store is brighter inside and is definitely a better atmosphere to go into. Not that the others are bad, it's just an all around better store to go into! Keep up the great work!

The representative in the paint department stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could be of assistance. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The Behr Paint Representative went out of his way to help me find the right products for the job I had in mind. A checker named Leon opened a new aisle in order to get me through the checkout process quicker. Everyone was very helpful. I feel as if I'm going to do alright with a project that I was previously nervous about.

Always have done business with Home Depot for years and will continue
