Helpful and knowledgeable staff!

We went to purchase a refrigerator and received help from a gentleman by the name Albert. He was beyond kind and helpful. I am big on customer service and he went above and beyond. I am so grateful for his help. We ended up leaving as happy customers with a new refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Lawrence, the Electrical dept mgr. was extremely helpful in locating an out of season A/C unit. He is a very customer oriented store representative. His customer service is exceptional. I have shopped this location for many years even after we moved further away and I'll continue shopping here. The store itself is great and the products are always well priced and usually available but the employees themselves could use more training in polite and respectufl customer service wether the customer is spending thousands of dollars or a few dollars. Trying to find help is usually not that easy at this location but I shop here regardless and I will continue you to do so because I still like the store itself and the products....if you're not in a hurry, this is the place for you, otherwise be prepared to exercise your patience.

I enjoy shopping at this location. Employees are always helpful and knowledge. Thank you for always helping me locate ideas I need or explaining different products.

This store has the most knowledgeable people about there products than most other stores I've been at.

The only reservation is there are not enough employees to help the amount of people that as shop at this store

I have bought several items in the past few years and I am always happy with my purchases! They have a large variety of items I need and the quality is top-notch. If I ever have to bring back to exchange they are always there with a smile. Will continue buying from them.

this store have the most friendly staff in all departments and i have asked and received help in most of the departments Paint, garden, electrical, plumbing, tools, appliances each one has people that know and if they dont they find someone that does

Ordered a sliding glass LowE door for my home. Got help at back counter but completed purchase at front of store; technical difficulty attempted to disrupt the purchasing process...staff persisted at various cashiering locations in the store and it was eventually completed with cordial conversation and a working Team of knowledgeable employees. I wanted to thank one of the salesmen. Frank, Appliance Department was informative, professional and engaging.

Went there to get a few small items.had to ask 3 different employees where one item might be located was direct to 5 different isles.actually the first two employees just pointed me to the isle #,one told me that if it wasn't in that particular isle to goto another isle and get some stickies to make it work..felt like my intelligence was insulted one that one...anyways I also got some simple 1" pvc fittings and the the guy who was working at the checkout didn't know how to price it ( was unable to find the sku#?) She I noticed that there was a survey on my recipt I made a comment waking out the door about it well I guess a manager heard me and told me "well the guy is new" I responded back "well guess you as a manager should have given him a little better training...in response to that she told me to have a nice day....SHOULD HAVE GONE TO LOWE'S.....

I have shopped this store since it opened and have always found everything I was looking for. The service is great and I enjoy shopping at this store.

STORE IS ALWAYS ORGANISED AND WELL STAFFED

My family and I went to this location twice in the same day and also the day before, every visit we received excellent customer service. This usually doesn't happen. In the past we have a hard time finding someone to help. In all of these visits, we had someone in each department that we visited ask if we needed help. They listened to our needs, suggested products, directed us-even walked us to the location. We received help in the garden center, paint section, customer service, and even at the register. We had bought an assembled grill which we didn't find out until we got home that it was missing parts. Customer service was quick to find them and let management know that there were other parts also missing with floor models after checking.
