UNDERSTAFFED! Which creates such a miserable experience

I was looking for a bathroom sink but all the ones I wxx as wanted to see were stored up high where customers can not truly see them. I wasn’t shopping for the cabinets but if I was I would have been disappointed because they looked pretty beat up. Everything is about 6 ft or over. Then you have gated areas but no one working in the areas.

I bought a handful of tools and the employees helped me find everything I needed.

All the employees were very friendly. Joe was exceptional!

Barry #BS83DW was very helpful when we ask for help in appliances. Sold us our appliance. Would give him 5 stars. But we always have to ask for assistance because nobody is around when we go in and they have to page someone to that area. Once they are there we are please with results , but no employee ask if we need any assistance.

I needed things to repair drywall and I found it all.

Oh let's see Ask for help at the store. Took 45 minutes, they said go pay for the items up Front waited 4 more hours. Still didn't get anything i paid for. I was discriminated it against and left after 4 and a 1/2 hours of nothing. Because of employees Yes, I'm mad because people think that I don't have a life. My money is supposed to all go to them and I get nothing in return. So my next step is mediation then possible lawyer No, you've got a lot more stories.I'm in the store every weekend

Spent several hours looking for the correct shower floor & wall tile. One employee would tell me he wasn’t familiar with the floor tile so he got someone else who wasn’t familiar with floor tile and one more who wasn’t familiar. I finally purchased what we thought would work only to find out it was 12 x 12 that they sold me not the 11 3/4 x 11 3:4 like the sample. Maybe I should have noticed the discrepancy but I relied on your staffs knowledge. After hours in the store I must now go back to return the incorrect tile & look around for the correct tile. What a waste of time! My installer showed up to do the job this morning & wasted his time & a charge for the trip. Pretty disappointed.

Barry in the appliance department was very helpful and informative about the range that we perchance.

The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and patient with me.

Even though this store always seems busy, someone takes the time to greet me even when I don’t have a lost look on my face! Employees appear to be focused on customer support and I know if I need help someone will tend to me.

I bought a freezer and other appliances and have been happy with our products.

I went there shopping and o needed a shower pan it was on the top rack there was a set of steps ten feet away and one of the workers come in the isle to take the steps I ask him if he can get the pan down and says I’ll be back I need to help someone else. So he takes off with the steps I wait around for about 5 minutes and take off looking for him found no worker only the steps so I take the steps back to the isle get my shower pan down and proceed to the rest of my shopping without any help from Home Depot

Great experience and found what I wanted.

I recently purchased a Dewalt self propelled lawn mower. I had to ask three different employees for help before I could get someone to actually stop and help. Although the young man loaded onto the cart I never saw him again. When I asked to have someone help load the mower I was told he was busy but that I could find him upfront loading other customers. I decided to take it to my truck when I ran into someone picking up carts. As I positioned the cart by my tale gate to try and lift the box , he walk past me and kept grabbing carts. Luckily and person walking by asked if I could use some. I thank him and we placed in my truck

The rental department is a knowledgeable and helpful team but Karen stands out with her bright smile and great attitude.

I purchase a variety of items at this store, mostly gardening items. I also get the best prices on Energizer batteries. I don't shop in a hurry and enjoy talking with one lady in particular in gardening. She is a cashier and has been there many years. She is so friendly and helpful.

Ryobi hybrid 18volt led tripod stand light great fishing light 4 Amp battery lasted all night.

We received great service with assistance purchasing a lawnmower. We had multiple team member assist us and after our purchase unfortunately we locked our key in our vehicle and we're stuck sitting in the direct sun on a really hot day. An employee named Mildred on her way out went out of her way to notice us in the direct sun and stopped and offered us her personal umbrella to shield plus from the harsh sun. She truly showed compassion and a elevated sense of customer service. It was very appreciated. Thank you Home Depot for hiring staff that go above and beyond.

They always have what we're looking for. The associate Josephine in Lawn and Garden at the S.E.Military store is a perfect example of a great employee.

I like shopping at the store because the employees offer good customer service. Additionally I like the location because it's easy to jump on to James river freeway and get wherever I need to go. Had an issue and the Manager was excellent and a great listener! I highly recommend this store.

I originally received a damaged Samsung bespoke fridge.i refused the unit as it was damaged. I've contacted Home Depot and was promised that the delivery team would reach out to me about a replacement unit. We'll, that didn't happen. I had to reach out AGAIN to get info about when my fridge would arrive. I contacted the chat folks at 11pm on Friday (it is supposed to be here sometime on 7/6). The tell me that I must have slipped thru the cracks... So now, I'm on the schedule for delivery between 730-1130am. This late/failed communication is disappointing. I have to cancel all of my clients to wait for the delivery team. If they would have give me a heads up, I could have scheduled a delayed start for tomorrow. Now, I have to cancel and lose out on my income for tomorrow. Very disappointed 😞

My son bought a water tank, for relaxing after work, and he is enjoying it.

We left another home improvement store around the corner & we’re very disappointed with them. We came to this store & we’re pleasantly surprised. Employees were helpful, plants were alive & thriving & the store was cool inside. This store is our go to from now on!

Very pleased with going to the store vs ordering online! Had not been in the store for a while and it was nice to shop there with great customer care/service/support and great prices! The store was clean and organized and!

An associate told a manager, in front of me, that he “WANTED to hit a car in the loading zone, there is no one there to move it and it’s ridiculous because he can’t do his job!” The manager then just laughed it off and walked away together. The associate was speaking about my vehicle. I am 34 weeks pregnant, and I was too emotional to speak up at the moment. This is NOT okay. No announcements were made on the intercom, and no one came up to me to ask about the car.

Came in to my local Home Depot to buy a pack of replacement solar steaks and I was able to shop with confidence knowing that my item was right were I could find it. Plus the staff was very helpful and informative as always. 5 star rating indeed!

We lost power due to a tornado in Houston. The employees here rallied together to help us choose a generator and gas cans. Our cashier Olivia helped us resolve an issue we were having with our new Home Depot credit card. Everyone was very patient kind and helpful.
