I have been shopping at this location for years. But now I moved to Cottage Grove, Mn. But I still plan on shopping at this store because you have great staff.

LOL - the guidelines are telling me I need to avoid writing about customer service - well customer services is my complaint, and I will voice the concern for all to know! When spending THOUSANDS of dollars in this store I must admit it has taken me 8+ times to contact the store about wrong items, shipping errors, refunds needed for wrong items, damaged goods. The employee on the floor helping us obtain all sku's needed for this large order did not listen to ANYTHING after being told multiple times our needs and was absolutely RUDE to the customer service cashiers ringing up the order, after 8+ calls I can say that MOD's (minus Bobby – he was 1 good thing in this nightmare) are uncaring and clueless on how to move forward with corrections and have no follow through with the customer on their actions taken and steps to correct issues or things they have told us.

My husband and I enjoy shopping at this location because the store is always clean, well-stocked, and has quick self-checkout. Staff are friendly and always willing to help!

I love shopping from this store

I purchased product for a bathroom remodel that I did not get to as soon as I had thought. I ended up not needing several items I purchased but thanks to the year long return policy using the Home Depot card I was able to return all of the items no problem. Nicole at the service desk was super friendly and took great care of me!

I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher. They had people in the department who knew about appliances and other people from different departments wanted to make sure the right person was there to assist me and they were also willing to assist to make sure I received help. Very refreshing.

Employees always helpful. A good store for DIY for me.

Instead of trying to help me, tells me to go ahead and make the purchase and we’ll make it right.

Fast and Friendly Staff

I have got to say the store associate that helped me,wnet above and beyound the call of duty in helping find and purchase my purchase today. The associates name is "Dimitri" and I hope you hire more like this young man. Hey helped me find and then got a ladder and sorted out the poor quality lumber from the quality lumber. Then rang me up and sked if I needed help loading my purchase. Having been a Quality Control Inspector and Manager , I can see quality in products and people and in my assessment of his help ,I would rate him high on any quality standard in my book. Thank you Sir.

I looked everywhere for a pencil tile that I had purchased years back from another company. Thought I would find it, but could not until I went into HomeDepot and the service person found it and it was at a good price.

I really think this is one of the best locations in the area. Associates are always at the ready to help customers and seem to be happy to be of assistance. I like that I don't have to search too far for help, which happens at many other home improvement stores. I had Sharon cut some blinds to size for me and she was a delight to work with. I'm happy with the vast amount of products for sale, the well laid out store, the app that makes shopping in store easier, and the friendly customer service.

William at the return desk is awesome. Very helpful. Give that man a raise!

Chelsea :) it’s the most enthusiastic and happy person I’ve always had guiding my purchases when I need to get important items for my day !

He got me exactly what I needed. And he signed me up for the rewards program that I wasn’t aware of. Then he showed me how to use it. And he even checked me out.

The associate Chelsea is the best among all of the associates in the store, even though they have great associates in this store but Chelsea is fantastic !

In the Pro desk, super great, especially Llisa and all the manager, the super great thanks all of them
