Communication was lacking especially in the planning and paying stages. Ken in Millworks was a blessing and the young man that installed my three doors need to be commended. Quality very good!

My experience has been terrific lately. They have everything i need on stock, someone always asks if I want assistance and check out is fast in the self service with someone there if I need assistance. Nice people airways available to assist you.

I bought a dishwasher can't review yet it has not been delivered.

I want to praise Cynthia in the flooring dept! She went above and beyond for me! Give that girl a raise! The sales people in every department I purchased from were very helpful and professional. I also loved the two different installation companies used for my installs. Smoothest transaction ever and I couldn’t be happier!

Employees very helpful and Manager was Awesome, I would definitely recommend shopping at this location, they was beyond trying to fix the bad service with my online purchase which wasn’t Salem store fault. Home Depot store was a five star service helping in my terrible online purchase. Online wouldn’t even comp.any money off of their Huge mistake either, I would never recommend any customer purchasing anything from their online website.

You showcase merchandise that you have no stock and you have no help

I'm awaiting delivery of dishwasher. I'm looking forward to it and no more dishpan hands! It's a Frigidaire in Stainless with 4 cycles and pocket handle- exactly the model I was looking for- I had one in Florida that I bought from Home Depot- I was extremely happy with the product and service.

Always has what I need.

The first counter I stopped at was the paint counter. I asked the young man on the register where I could find two items. Neither was related to paint but he knew where to direct me. I quickly found the first item and retraced my steps, passing his work station en route to the second location. As I did so he held up the second item,saying, “I went and got this for you.” Wow was I impressed. Now that’s customer service!

Great friendly staff who take you to the product you are searching for and thank you for being in their store…. Just awesome!

I love shopping here, the customer service is unmatched. Everyone always says hellos asks if they can help me and always direct me to where I need to be. Brandi is the best !

Exactly what I needed.

It's unfortunate I had to write this review. The indoor plant department was AWFUL.....AWFUL....AWFUL. 75% of the indoor plants were dying. How were they dying you might ask? Well, they were dying because they were NOT being watered. They were all damaged from not being watered enough. Very disappointed. Although I did end up buying something, I did not buy what I originally went there for......very disappointed.😞

On the day I went in store I walked to where the smoke detectors were and I was immediately greeted by a young man who asked if I needed assistance. I knew what I needed but had forgotten my glasses so he grabbed exactly the correct detectors. He was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for.

I go to this store every Saturday without fail even when I don’t need anything

I purchased (on the app for pickup) a wheeled spreader for driveway salt. It came to me covered and dirt with my name tags stuck on top of the dirt. No one even attempted to clean it. The assoc sent me to look at the inventory. The inventory was WORSE. All spreaders were covered in dirt, bird and animal droppings, and dead bird feathers/remnants. The merchandise was dirty, in complete disarray and looked like a garbage dump.

If I need 6 items they invariably have 3 or 4, especially fasteners, plumbing fittings, spray paint. I don’t even look at dimension lumber which is of terrible or unusable. I buy all of my wood at local lumber yard, much better quality for a bit more… a bargain in the end as Home Depot lumber is unusable for the most part. It’s not what it used to be now that they have more limited competition.

Two different associates told me exactly where to find the items that I needed.

From walking into the store for ordering product to Delivery Customer Service was highest priority. Sunny delivered and we opted the drop and counted the product. He said if there is a problem he would do another delivery same day. Now that is customer service above and beyond.

Bought a grill and had assembled at store. When delivered the grill had missing pieces. Had to go BACK to the store which took 1.5hrs. jus to find someone to help me and get the pieces. Very disappointed!!!

Home Depot is my adult "toy store" with great hand and electric tools; hardware and for home products. I love to browse and identify new products. Employees are friendly and helpful. Return policy is easy and non-confrontational. I love the store
