Bigger parking spots for work trucks

i usually come here for plants there is a bigger selection but the employees were just aweful . the girl at the register in gardening didn't know how to search the plants or ring them she called someone from gardening to come who didn't know whaat they were doing all the plants were in bad shape broken dry heavily damaged . while i was waiting i called the plant vendor who started of the plant was damaged the vendors can discount the plant if i came early in the mornings or to ask an employee to damage the item . even though they herd this they still made me pay full price and when i asked to speak to someone i waited over half an hour and no one came so i left . before this i was going to go inside with the plants to get pots and look at some other things to cashier said i needed to pay for the outdoor plant i go inside with it whihc made no sense

The home Depot on RT 28 Salem n.h. is one of the best has lots of ways to fix just about anything is a handymans heaven I always find what I need and employees are always helpful I love tool section has everything I need

My favorite store for home projects

I'll try to keep this short & sweet, but my experience was just incredible from the moment I walked in the door, to stopping at customer service desk for a return, to the assistance received once directed to the aisle I needed, down to the amazing, personable (& funny) cashiers at the register, and even the manager unlocking the door for me to leave the store (at closing)! These people were genuinely happy to be there, and I'll forever consider this my home store. Highly recommend to anyone who prefers to avoid stores with negative associates. Plus, this location is always fully stocked in whatever items I'm looking for, which vary widely.

I had a problem canceling an order. Donna D at the front desk via a phone - took care of everything. She was fablous. She is a great customer advocate! They are lucky to have her.

Great store. Helpful employees. Dana helped us in Paint Dept. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Marla was our cashier who waved us over while waiting in another line. We went to her register so we didn't need to wait. Dana told us about rebate and gave us the form so we purchased all our paint at the same time.

Great service when you can get it, but during high volume times it can be tough to get an associate. However when you get one, they tend to bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. Hint, shop at off peak hours and get great service.

Great place to shop. People are knowledgeable and friendly. Store had good stock and is very clean.
