Hello! My name is Kris. I am very excited to write this review because I must share with you one of my best experiences I have had, to date, most recently when I made my way over to my favorite Home Depot store located in Plaistow NH. I am an avid crafter for many years and I have always bought Triple Thick Clear Gloss Spray from this Home Depot. I always like to brag and say that this Home Depot is my “One-Stop-Shop” because I always arrive early and I am on a mission. I enjoy walking into this Home Depot because the employees look at you in the eye and say Good Morning to you. They make sure you are recognized. This is a great security measure as well speaking from someone who has been in Retail working for a few banks for over 25 years. The inventory also at this location has always been plentiful for the items I have an interest in making my shopping experience Short, Sweet, Simple ‘n Easy Breezy and Hassle Free. On the early morning of November 16th, 2022 I entered my favorite Home Depot location and I headed over to the paint department. I walked right over to the correct area to find my spray, but much to my surprise this time I found myself staring up and down the shelves and walking up and down the isle a few times staring at the paint shelves and I did not see what I was looking for. I didn’t want to leave until I asked an employee. I didn’t want to start driving around multiple locations. I enjoy shopping in Plaistow NH. I noticed an employee at the paint counter who was busy assisting another customer. I stood there quietly & patiently “he looked up right away” waiting for him to finish, but that didn’t stop him from asking me if there was anything he could help me find. I replied, I am not in a hurry, but that would be much appreciated when you are available. He asked about the item I was looking for and I told him. He kindly told me where to look. I told him honestly I did look there but I’ll go back and check again. He says OK I’ll be there to help you look within a minute or two. He says I know we have some. I said, “I hope you’re right.” He came over and was there helping me look for the spray after what felt like about 10 minutes another employee appeared and started to assist this gentleman. She proceeded to search on her Home Depot device checking the inventory while this gentleman was, by this time, on his knees looking behind many paint cans! I chuckled and said, “ I’m making you work hard this morning aren’t I?” He was persistent and the woman employee was also persistent. Mike & Noelle were not giving up they were determined they would find some. After about 15 mins I could not believe it they located a few cans for me behind other paint cans! They got pushed very far in the back on one of the lower shelves! Mike had to use a long hook type object to grab them towards to front one by one while still on his knees! I was so happy when they found a few cans! They were both so amazing! They both went over and beyond to look high and low and they did not give up and just let me leave discouraged. I was so appreciative. It makes a world of difference when companies hire employees who care about their job and the customers they serve. I hope in some way, shape or form that Mike “in the Hawaiian shirt” & Noelle get recognized for their outstanding customer service. They truly exceeded my expectations! I’ve been telling my wonderful experience to my family and friends and they were all impressed to hear of this story. You can be sure I’ll be telling my story for many years to come “it’s the small things that matter most” that make the biggest impact. Kudos to them! Hip Hip Hooray for me! Overall experience at the store was great, my girlfriend and I had a little trouble at the self checkout and a employee name Shobha did a wonderful job helping us get everything sorted out in a timely manner.

Don't buy anything here. If something is broke you can't get your money back (returns not posted). Also, Returns Associate treated me like a thief. Crap service. I won't be coming back here again for sure.

I needed to large traps for our cat who is missing and Andrew, whose boss is Dan, got them for me right away and with good humor, especially when one of them was right in front of my face and I went for customer assistance! Super friendly and efficient. He got the job done and what seemed like 30 seconds. Then Celia handled the checkout as well as it has ever been done. My order was rung up before I could get the credit cards out of my pocket and when there was a problem with the credit cards she handled it perfectly and quickly. They both should get hired again just so they could get paid double! Yes, I'm a real person and no I never saw these people before my life. This is now my new favorite Home Depot.

Danielle and Angie made this experience a true pleasure. They set the pace for customer experience. Whilst looking for an item out of stock, I was asked if I found everything I needed at check out. I replied no, they quickly looked up their inventory, located stock in their back of house and hand delivered the items. this saved me time and $ on completing my project.

Went in for moving boxes after being displaced by a fire from our home. Plenty of small and medium boxes on the shelf. Barely any large, went to ask and was told all they had was on the floor. LIE online showed OVER 400 available. Found some in a steel. Took over an hour to get them down. Employees were nothing but rude and unprofessional. One employee was even swearing with children nearby.

The location, size, availability of product, and ultimately, helpfulness of the staff sets this store above the rest and should be used as an example of how to run, staff, and layout a Home Depot!
