Better than most other Home Dept locations. Helpful staff and rarely do they not have what I am looking for

We shop here all the time if we can't find what we need ,the help is very friendly and helpful.we enjoy shopping there .

There is only thing that isn't good about home depot. There is never anyone around to help you load your car. I also see a lot of people stealing mulch and other items. Your shrink must be crazy. By not having anyone available outside in garden you are having people shop for free.

I have been shopping at your Salem MA store now for 9 years and I have been consistently satisfied with your employees, their service and help in finding items I needed. I do not have any bad experiences with any of your employees during this time. I am also happy with the store appearance and cleanliness. Great customer Service at the service Desk. The ladies their are such a great help. Had some questions and they answered each to their best of their knowledge. I had a great shopping experience. Thank you Salem Home Depot.

It's a small store, not as clean as other larger stores and compared to Lowe's; items are many times mixed together and have to spend valuable time sort out for selection. Bathroom soap dispenser broken and messy around urinals!. Store employees helpful if you can find one in a specific isle.

I always have a great experience at the Salem Home Depot. It's one of my favorite shopping experiences. From the friendly greeter at the door, to the cheek-out cashier, everyone is helpful and kind.

I was greeded at the door. The gentleman ask if I needed help I said no thank you. Found what I needed. Store personal were very friendly. The cashier was very helpfulful her name was Joanne.

I wanted to clarify on the survey that I told the sales clerk that I already had a Home Depot card. That is why she didn't have to ask the questions that you listed. In general, everything was more than stisfying wih my visit and previous visit to the Salem Home Depot.

This store is close to my house, so I am there all the time. Well stocked most of the time, and friendly staff. They are especially lucky to have the loading assistance associate by the name of John. John is extremely friendly & always in a good mood. He is a big, strong guy, and always willing to lend a hand loading heavy items!

Give the cashier's a break. They could use a chair/heater during inclement weather and something to avoid the cold drafts during the winters

This store was wgreat because of the help of cashier Ron, very efficient and helpful, he knew exactly where the products were and was very pleasant.

Went to the store today- it was packed but in less then 25 minutes had the refrigerator, purchased and on its way to delivery and a really good deal on removing the old fridge- Pamela was as great help-

All the paint associates were helpful and plumbing Jack

IF POSSIBLE, use the rear entrance and parking lot for PRO or construction people. Maybe only use at heavy traffic times. Check out and loading.

THE SALEM HOME DEPOT IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOPPING, THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICES ESPECIALLY THE CLEARANCE ITEMS. BUT WHAT REALLY MAKES THIS STORE STAND OUT IS THE EMPLOYEES, ALL OF THEM ARE HELPFUL, EASY TO SPEAK WITH AND I BELIEVE THEY ALL ENJOY THE JOBS.

I would recommend this store. Some how the survey said that I would not shop at Home Depot. That is not correct. I may have selected a wrong button. I am happy to shop at this store.

Wayne in the lumber department was the man tonight. Despite working extra hours he pleasantly cut my sheet of plywood into the needed dimensions and wished me a great evening! Great Customer Service!

I go out of my way to another Home Depot or Lowes. This store is horrible. The cashiers overcharge you. No associates to help. Isles shut down because the middle of a weekend day is thw best time to stock the shelves???
