Very friendly and thoughtful staff who go out of their way to help you find what you need.

We keep coming back even though we have multiple family members who work with the competition. The employees who work at Home Depot are not only knowledgeable but the act like they enjoy what they're doing. We were in the market for a new refrigerator and were helped by Lois. Not only was she friendly and welcoming she also knew her products and was able to help us make the right choice for us. We always save time and come to Home Depot first.

Lois in the appliance department is very knowledgeable and helpful in showing the best value for money spent. We went to Lowe’s and the salesperson there had no knowledge about which refrigerators came in counter depth. She is an asset to your store!

I like shopping at Home Depot. My regular store is in Albany, Or. but they do not carry the product I wanted in stock. I did not want to order online and ship to store. Salem had product in stock. I had to ask where item was in store, every one was helpful

Home Depot is all about letting individuals come to their store and get the products they need to complete their home project. Its about succeeding in home projects

Over the phone order was fast and courteous. Installation of a storm door is two to three weeks out which is a problem. Install cost is reasonable. Will continue to order and make future purchases from Home Depot as needed for home repair.

At the Salem store associates are very helpful. However, if you need the answer to just about anything, find Byron and you will be all set. Bonus...he's has a delightful sense of humor and makes you feel like he's glad you are there.

I went to the east Salem, Oregon Home Depot store for some specialty light bulbs. They had a large selection, and a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate (Zaki) assisted me and helped me figure out just what would work best. A positive experience.

I've been to this store twice and had good experiences both times. Both times I asked the newest employee where an item is and even though they didn't know the directed me to the right person to tell me where it is that I was there for.

I am so glad we decided to shop at store #4006 in Salem, Or this time. We will continue to do so. Burett aka Burgie made out checkout so pleasant for us. Must be some great management at this location for the employees to be so happy.

The store appearance was well maintained. Items were neatly displayed and easily located in a simple well organized floor plan. Sales associate were knowledgeable of their inventory and communicated well to establish a sincere relationship with the customers. They knew their limitations and complied with their customer's needs to their limits of their capabilities. It is a pleasure to shop at The Home Depot for all my home needs and more. : )

Very helpful staff that helped me with my project

It all started with Missy from HDI in Portland who gave us an estimate for refacing out kitchen cabinets. After demolishing our kitchen, we discovered we needed REPLACEMENT cabinets. It was Kristin Claire at the Salem Hanger Dr Store who spend hours with us redesigning our little kitchen. Her knowledge is incredible, but her persona brings the process to life because of her 12 years of experience and her incredible patience. We are DIYers who were able to ask installation type questions she was able to answer.
