Always have what we need to get us back on track

Go to the Home Depot on 410 or to the one on Culebra and 1604. This new Home Depot is very disappointing!

Employees were very helpful.

I had to purchase a 20 amp circuit breaker for my home. I was happy to see that they were in stock. However, there were no employees within quite a few aisles and there was no way to call on somebody without walking quite a distance. I felt bad because I had to get a worker from another area who was stocking items to come help me. The gentleman who did help was very kind and willing to help. He had a great attitude and I was a very thankful for that.

I buy the tools that are in promotion got too many.

Ordered some Custom Made Kitchen Cabinets. Process of ordering, was easy and well organized, by the personal in the Kitchen Cabinet area. Great Job.

Every time I stop in the staff is always friendly and helpful with questions making sure you get the right things you need for any job.

I went over the weekend and was very disappointed with the layout of the items. Things not grouped together properly and forces you to go back and forth through the store to find the same item. Very poor cell service.will not return.

Was able to go and locate what i was looking for quickly and checked out fast in the garden center. Very convienent and will go back soon!

Was overwhelmed at first as the layout was different than other stores. But helpful staff got me to where I needed to be. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Checkout was a breeze.

I appreciate the friendly staff, but the store layout could be improved. Unlike other locations, items seem mismatched. For example, lawn care products are scattered, and lawnmowers are placed far from the lawn care section, grouped solely by brand. This makes it confusing to find what you need.

I shop exclusively at HD. I spend quite a bit there but something is going very wrong there especially at their brand new store on 1604 west in San Antonio. These self check out have issue and these YOUNG workers are frustrated at clearing and correcting errors. Get attitude and walk even after I say thank you!

There are no cashiers at all. It's self check out. When I asked for help I got attitude instead. Then had to bag my own items. Nor good.

The store has such a better quality of things along with helpful people!

I purchased a professional fuel pressure gauge from Home Depot not knowing if it was going to be exactly what I needed. This item is of great quality and met all my expectations. Professional grade. Definitely recommend the tool. It worked on my 2008 Chevy Impala 5.3l Super Sport.

I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with refrigerator ordered and delivery scheduled. It does not get any better than this. What a truly awesome experience.

No one to help you and you have to do your own check out. I rather go to the other store where you get help and you are checked out by a smiling face.

Went by to check out the new store. It was great. However, had issues finding products and employees not too helpful. Same issue with check out. Appears employees need better training.

Since opening I’ve been there three times and each time I walk in I am greeted by employees. Employees are wagered to help find what you are looking for.

First time at this location . Lots of employees and shelves were stocked . We only wish there were more sales going on !
