Desiree at the service desk was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble as she sorted out my order that I had had trouble with when trying to order on line. She's an asset to the Home Depot!

Great product selection, variety and availability!

Sales associate was available and knowledgable. Check-out went quick even though I opened an account.

Have yet to visit the home depot and not been able to purchase what I needed.

Great experience with Joseph in appliances! He helped me as soon as he was done with another couple ahead of me and my husband. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He was articulate and patient. I enjoyed my experience and felt very confident that our delivery would happen without a hitch. Joseph also helped me learn about the rebates for the type of washer we purchased. I have already applied to save around $200 in different rebate programs via PG&E and our local water company.

Store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for

Associate who helped was very knowledgeable. He solved our two problems. We were looking for some special tool to open our bathroom shower. And we were not able to find a bubble spray for our old design tap. He suggested a soft grip wrench which worked for our shower. With same tool we could open plumbings of our old design tap and took that part to store. Same guy helped us again finding the suitable bubble spray. Thanks again.

Mr Shin in Electrical has been SO INCREDIBLY helpful, considerate and kind, he explained to me the right way to connect up my sump pumps using a GFCI and my sub-panel circuit breakers. I did not know how to properly do this, but he listened to my problem and gave me a safe solid solution. I really want to thank him for taking to time to listen to me and understand my problem and help me out with all his heart. I see that he does this for others as well. God Bless him. Compassionate people are still about! Yaay!

I have ben going to this store ever sence I have lived in yhis area for over45 years and found at lesst 90% of what I was looking for and will continue and appercaite the discunt I recieve as a veteran of world war 2 thank you

The store was very clean. They have a great return policy. I can almost always find what I need at Home Depot.

Bought carpeting , Got GREAT service from a new employee in that department and a cashier at the customer service desk

I arrived at the store at 6:40 and asked for the key machine. I was told to walk by the registers and the machine was there. once I arrived at the machine there was nobody there so I asked a cashier if she could help me with making me a key. She said I'm sorry I don't do keys. and they guy that makes keys went to lunch but don't worry he will be back in 20 minutes. So I asked her if there was anybody else that know's how to make keys and she said that he guy on lunch was the only one that knew how to make keys. So I waited for about 15 minutes until I found another guy that was actually nice enough and the only one that offered me his assistance and made the keys for me. I don't know his name because he wasn't wearing an apron he was Hispanic with black hair, and wearing a black polo shirt. I hope that you can train more people to do keys especially the cashiers since the machine is there. the only reason that I waited is because I lost the key and I really needed.

I always love going into the store because its clean and its easy to find whats you looking for coz theyre well prganized and place at the same time i love visiting the web before i go in coz they provides you with good n comfortable details and informations

My being near 70 & using a walker to get around, the online ordering followed by @store pickup was perfect for me, especially when I live only 10min. away. And so no delivery charges. And the store staff had easy smiles and would laugh with me too. HD also had a much better online product selection than stores like "Bed, Bath &Beyond".

Today was one of the best service I got and it shows from my past shopping experiences that Homrdepot has made great strides to have quality and experienced employees to enhance the shopping experience an enjoyable one.

Wanted to buy a large container of a particular cleaning solution. Looked online and found what I wanted at HD. Went to the store. Asked where the cleaning solutions were, and looked, but could not find what I wanted. Looked at the website on my phone. Located an associate very quickly, she looked up the SKU number from my phone and found the item quickly, right where I was standing. I did not recognize it because the packaging was different. The associate was very helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

Bianey Romero-Juarez from the flooring department made our experience at the store very productive and pleasant. She was very well informed about the products/services we were looking for, She was more than willing to answer all our questions and we didn't feel rushed. Even though, there were other clients she took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

When I entered the store i bought a bottle of spray that i wanted to exchange so i went to ask to exchange it my service was good but i just didnt enjoy how i had to return then repurchase the item but the lady working the paint department had helped me pick out the right colored paint i needed and their were no long lines in the self check out aisle. I came home i was satisfied

I was looking at a book on attached patios. An associate came up to me and asked if I was interested. I said yes and he took my information. Now I'll have a kick *** patio for only $196/mo for 24 months. Completely affordable.

I was able to get in and out of the store fast it was clean and the areas where clearly marked. If I had trouble finding something there was always an staff member close by to help.
