I selected this store on San Rafael because you can find what ever you need for your work and you do not need to go somewhere else to complete your list. every thing just in one place.also there is good helper to help you to find what you want or give you good recomond if you need.Thanks

This store is staffed by people who know nothing about their products. The customer service desk can't be bothered. I keep going back, and I have to say they're consistent. I'm done shopping here.

This is basically my closest store. Like to go in and browse. I do have a couple of rental units I own. I'm often over at home depot.

I read the previous reviews from 4-5 months ago, and this store is now fine. I got help when I needed it, and found all the different things I needed, and I needed a lot. Good store, good people.

If I have a problem to solve involving a Home Depot product your employees generally find a way to help me out. My experiences have been very good

I would like to share what a great time I had in the blinds department with the helpful associates. This process can take a few visits to figure out exactly what you need. I was first set on my person to do the installation, but upon further questions, my guy was slightly unsure of exactly how to properly measure and install blinds. On my 2nd visit to the department to get suggestions of how to measure properly and install, it was suggested I use Home Depot to measure and install and it was a total of $118 to do both! For all windows!!! Seriously? That just changed my stress level from 90 to 0! Thank you M & B (you know who you are) for my great experience in the blinds department! You both saved me time, money and stress!! We had fun too!!

I ordered two new windows and got great help from Jake and Jose Flores @ the window Dept! I am a contractor of 16 years (TRADESMAN PAINTING & DRYWALL Lic. 778435) and let me tell you these two guys know what they are talking about and made some really great suggestions and really went out of there way to help. Most important I felt like I could trust them, thank you Home Depot for having such great employees! -Perry

This is a very dirty store (see Lowes for a good example) Price signage was missing on too many items in the garden section. Just a poorly run store.

I went in to buy a stackable washer dryer, having researched in advance, and was able to complete the purchase with ease in minimal time. I had narrowed my choices down to two brands/models and the sales associate was able to help me determine which was best for my needs. Very pleased.

The store is laid out well . The nursery is very large and plants are everywhere. It has a great appliance department as well as blinds, drapes and rugs with plenty of help.

Have been going to this Home Depot for years, for the most part it is always a pleasant and easy visit. On the other hand I would hope for better organization when looking for smaller materials.

upon writing this survey did not include the name of a spectacular employee Onyelewe was very, very helpful. She needs to be rewarded for her patience and persistent to get the job done.

'Many' of the female employees stand around talking at the front counter. Most of the time it's hard to find someone to help you. Employees do not know where items are located or they just tell you what aisle the item is in and don't bother showing you were the actual item is at.

I was very happy with the help I received at the Paint department, not from one, but from two different employees

I HAVE SHOPPED AT OTHER HOME DEPOT STORE AS WELL AS OTHER STORES WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR ITEMS. I USUALLY SPEND MORE TIME IN HOME DEPOT LOOKING AT THE NEW ITEMS.AS MY WIFE DOES LOOKING AT HE NEW CLOTHING.

Onyelewe is the most helpful customer service rep. She not only helps customers, but seems to guide her coworker. This young lady is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great variety of products to choose from, store was very clean and outstanding responses from employees.

I had a weird experience. No one was rude to me, in fact Braghette the cashier was extremely friendly, but I did witness a man in the garden department practically scold an older woman for asking him for help while he was helping someone else. He said, "You're going to have to wait, and if your question is about the garden department then find someone who works here because I don't." It wasn't that he was wrong in having the woman wait or even having her find a garden associate. It was the way he spoke to her that I found so displeasing. You're in the customer service business, you don't get to have bad days. Not in retail. Go home, crack a beer and scream into a pillow, but in Customer Service you smile, apologize through gritted teeth and simply say, "I'm sorry ma'am I can't help you right now, but if you give me a couple of minutes I can help you find a garden associate that can assist you." Other than that the people in the store were adequately friendly.

I get the same help here as most Home Depots. Floor staff is always willing to help. Cashiers are hit and miss with friendliness, but the store always has what I need and has great selection.

We found the exact grill we were looking for. Had a little trouble, because it would not fit in our car, so we rented a truck from Home Depot to bring it home. I was concerned it would be a difficult process, but they made it so easy. I would not hesitate to do it again. Very happy with our purchase and Home Depot's customer service.

I kind of like the store because it usually has a variety of products to choose from, but it's rare to find a genuinely environmentally friendly option.

I was looking for a new microwave and went to the appliance department. An employee asked if he could be of assistance and he really knew his stuff. He went over the pros and cons of each microwave and cheerfully answered all my questions. He also helped me locate other items in the store. What a good experience!

Dewitt Burnham puts the S in customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional, nice and helpful! I needed to buy PVC pipes and parts to construct an obedience jump for my dog. He helped me draw out and measure the jump, select the right pipes and parts, and cut everything to size. He was patient and explained everything really well. I wish all employees were as knowledgeable and helpful as he delivered exceptional customer service!

Berta was the best. Most times I need help a a Home Depot, the associate don't know squat. Berta knows her stuff. Very helpful and courteous

I walked into Home Depot looking to turn a log of driftwood into some sort of creative birthday present for my mother. I'm a normal guy with a normal office job and had zero game plan walking into the store that afternoon after work. I ran into this Home Depot employee Francisco and he literally took forty-five minutes of his time to help me create an awesome present. We cut the driftwood in half then drilled holes in it to place in mini succulent plants. Safe to say I am the golden child after this birthday and I have Francisco to thank for that. I will literally go to Home Depot the rest of my life after receiving what was the best customer service I have ever seen. And even after we finished the whole project I offered to buy him a sandwich at the neighboring steak-sandwhich shop and he didn't want anything.. just wanted me to fill out a survey to help Home Depot out. If I was Francisco's boss I would promote him because he is the reason I am sure plenty of customers return. Francisco, you da man.

Associates are very patient,polite and helpful. the return and refund policy is very good. The prices are very good too.
