Dewitt Burnham puts the S in customer service. He was knowledgeable, professional, nice and helpful! I needed to buy PVC pipes and parts to construct an obedience jump for my dog. He helped me draw out and measure the jump, select the right pipes and parts, and cut everything to size. He was patient and explained everything really well. I wish all employees were as knowledgeable and helpful as he delivered exceptional customer service!

Berta was the best. Most times I need help a a Home Depot, the associate don't know squat. Berta knows her stuff. Very helpful and courteous

I walked into Home Depot looking to turn a log of driftwood into some sort of creative birthday present for my mother. I'm a normal guy with a normal office job and had zero game plan walking into the store that afternoon after work. I ran into this Home Depot employee Francisco and he literally took forty-five minutes of his time to help me create an awesome present. We cut the driftwood in half then drilled holes in it to place in mini succulent plants. Safe to say I am the golden child after this birthday and I have Francisco to thank for that. I will literally go to Home Depot the rest of my life after receiving what was the best customer service I have ever seen. And even after we finished the whole project I offered to buy him a sandwich at the neighboring steak-sandwhich shop and he didn't want anything.. just wanted me to fill out a survey to help Home Depot out. If I was Francisco's boss I would promote him because he is the reason I am sure plenty of customers return. Francisco, you da man.

Associates are very patient,polite and helpful. the return and refund policy is very good. The prices are very good too.

Never had a good experience in this store. Rude employees, and they do not honor the 5% discount for using your home depot card.

Associates were really helpful. only offsetting thing was that the store was playing obnoxious sounds to try and scare the birds out of the ceiling.

Many feel that they won't shop at Home Depot because they have no idea where to find what they are looking for and are overwhelmed by the "size" of the store. In my visits to Home Depot, I have found that the staff is very helpful in directing me to the proper aisle. All II had to do is ASK. 'The men and women staff want to be helpful and often can assist shoppers in selecting the best item to meet their needs. Add to that the 'self checkout' feature plus large parking areas makes for a convenient event.

Store was well stocked and I was able to find the products I was looking for. Easy check out as well.

There is never anyone to help me find ANYTHING. It takes forever to get someone that knows something. Employees are poorly trained and have a casual attitude. The layout of the store does not lend itself to easy location of items.

I never have to look very far to get help. Everyone is so knowledgeable and happy to work with you there. Returns are easy and never questioned. At times if i had a problem with anything they more than make up for it ! Great place to get anything for your H O M E. Good people to work with are Abraham and Nicky if you need any help at all.

Ibrahim made a dreaded thought of going to shop at Home Depot during the holidays, pleasant. I would go back to this store just because of his quick and friendly service. I didn't feel taken advantage of as he appears quite knowledgeable and helpful in getting my concerns addressed. He took care of my transaction every step of the way, WOW Home Depot its was like shopping at Nordstrom's with a personal shopper!!!!

Good variety, plenty of replacement pieces if you can't find what you're looking for . however, their self checkout machines are janky and always break. Every time I've gone there's always at least 1 broken.

I went to the store to purchase materials for an art project at my school. I needed a dozen sheets of 4'x'8 plywood cut down to a specific size. I'd been dreading this task because in my past experiences getting help from a competent store associate has been very hit and miss. I went to customer service, requested assistance with my project and within five minutes a store associate from the building materials department arrived to help me. He found a cart, pulled the sheets of plywood, took them to the saw, and cut the material exactly as I asked. He was careful and he checked his work. He was patient, kind, competent, and well-mannered. I was surprised at the ease of this transaction, made possible by this terrific store associate, who spent about 30 minutes working with me. I won't hesitate to visit this store the next time I have a project that requires assistance. Thank you!

Store has a lot of products and typically can find what I need.

The people at the Pro Desk is why I keep shopping at Home Depot. Their knowledge and service is the key to bringing in contractors.

Thank you to Rod and Contiasha and three others that I am sorry do not remember their names. I certainly had a great experience that day because of everyone’s efforts. They helped me find the products I needed, helped me to adjust my bill to reflect changes that I needed and helped me get a Home Depot Credit Card, so got an extra discount that day. Thank you all for doing your job with effort and good personality. For me price is important, but happy helpful employees are even more important.
