Store has a lot of products and typically can find what I need.

The people at the Pro Desk is why I keep shopping at Home Depot. Their knowledge and service is the key to bringing in contractors.

I appreciate all the hard work that Ivonne, Amel, Luis, and Marcus put in at the Pro Desk..It makes my life as a contractor much easier working with all of them and all that I have to purchase.

The reason I shop at the Home Depot is due to the professional people you have at the Pro Desk...They are so helpful at expediting all of my items and they are so friendly that it is a pleasure to work with them.

I cannot say enough about Luis at The Pro Desk...He is always willing to help when I am in the store or on the phone ordering something...I really appreciate all that he does as timing is everything in construction.

Being a contractor, it is important to work with people who are know the products and how to get them if they are not in the store..The people at the Pro Desk take care of this for you

Thank you to Rod and Contiasha and three others that I am sorry do not remember their names. I certainly had a great experience that day because of everyone’s efforts. They helped me find the products I needed, helped me to adjust my bill to reflect changes that I needed and helped me get a Home Depot Credit Card, so got an extra discount that day. Thank you all for doing your job with effort and good personality. For me price is important, but happy helpful employees are even more important.

I come into the San Rafael Home Depot almost every day..What I like about going to the Contractors Desk is that everyone there is so helpful and have a great attitude...I would specifically like to point out Amel, as she is always willing to help me, takes care of my online orders or other items in the store and really goes out of her way to make sure I am taken care of...It really keeps me coming back to Home Depot

I just have to say that everyone at the Contractor's Desk are the Bomb...They are so great to work with! Not only are they knowledgeable, helpful, and can expedite my orders, they are a fun group that makes you laugh in the early mornings, even on a Monday...

Greg is the boss at the Pro Desk in San Rafael...He really knows how to work with contractors and take care of all our business needs...

Marcus has the best attitude working at the Pro Desk...He is quick to help and always very helpful.

Ivonne at the Pro Desk is great..She is always helping me locate products that I did not know Home Depot carries in which I would have gone to another store...She is very service oriented and always has a great attitude at work...

I was very pleased with the service in the appliance section of the store. Dennis was friendly and very helpful.

All of the associates were very friendly and helpful, the store was clean and products well displayed and easy to find and I was quite surprised and happy to discover Christmas items (which I was specifically interested in) which were so varied and inexpensive.

Very helpful & pleasant 50 year old man (approximately) who knew what I wanted and even took me right to it!

The store is clean with good layout. At times it can be hard to find a store associate (they tend to be busy with customers a lot) but I have never met an associate here yet who wasn't super friendly and went out of their way to help. I have been to other Home Depot locations where that was not the case. On the downside, it can be REALLY hard to get help in the Garden Center - that would be my one complaint, because I have rarely been able to get someone to help me in terms of plant selection, guidance, special ordering etc. in the Garden Center and I shop there a lot -- but the cashiers in the Garden Center are always really helpful, do their best to try to get someone with garden expertise who can help, and they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly within what they can answer. Sometimes checking out at the Garden Center is my favorite part of the trip!

Marlene is a wonderful instructor in the do it herself class. She makes the experience fun

I just found out my dog has cancer and was very upset. I had to pick up something at Home Depot. Bev in the Garden department was so friendly and she put a smile on my face. She did not know how upset I was, but made a difference in that sad day. It gave me a bit of sunshine in that day and was a positive experience. Thanks Bev!

I have been remodeling my kitchen for the last 6 months. I really appreciate all of the help I have received from the knowlegeable staff. The 12 month 0 interest loan for all of my purchases has been very helpful.

Everyone from the Manager, Associate Staff, Returns, Check-Out. & Load Out personnel are all professionals, with intent to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE WELL DONE ! My vote for best Home Depot location in the Bay Area Daly City = #2 Colma PRO = #3

The store is well laid out with the isle products posted well above each isle so I could see where I needed to go for the hardware that I needed. Love that about home depot!

The upper management is professional, but they need to better screen their checkers. The checkers have no buy-in to the company and know nothing about their department-such as garden. They behave as if they are on a work furlough program.
