I always enjoy my visits to Home Depot This morning Kelly went above and beyond to help out! She also informed me of the benefits I had with my account that I wasn’t even aware that I had. What a great way to start a Friday morning!!

There was a open box of flooring and sign said per piece and box amount, I tried to purchase a piece of flooring in order to confirm color at home. They did not allow me to purchase the one piece. I spent over a hour to just be told, we cannot sell you only one piece.

We added additional cabinets to our existing kitchen. Nina was outstanding with an eye for detail and knowledge. She made the experience enjoyable.

I was very pleased that upon entering the kitchen appliance section a young woman came over and helped right away. The range I wanted wasn't on display, however Connie pulled it up on the computer and answered all my questions which made my purchase easy and I felt confident I was getting the product I wanted.

Rented a tile steam cleaner. Missing a portion of stem. Inquired with employee about part missing and employee promptly offered 50% off rental price. Have never had a negative experience at home depot and this only elevated our experience with great customer service without this customer even asking for a discount. Glad we have a home depot in San tan valley and conveniently located close to our residence

90% of all employees at the hunt hwy San Tan Valley are so very nice , it’s a pleasure to call this store my store , I wouldn’t shop for my construction needs anywhere else .

We had a flood inside our house and needed new flooring. We went with water, kid, pet proof flooring and got a great product for a great price. Love, love, love it!

Kim in kitchen cabinets was nothing short of amazing! She knows her job inside and out, is friendly, patient, and has the best customer service skills I have seen in years. She spent several days/hours helping us design our kitchen. It was a great experience.

George was one and I didn’t catch any other names. It was this stores first Black Friday and they went SO above and beyond! They were making sure those of us in line had what we came for waiting for us in carts when the store opened!! The most amazing Black Friday shopping experience EVER!

I was buying just a small tool, but I like to look around and take my time. I notice that this lady was having the best attitude to everybody, even when some people don’t answer back. She is the best. I wish all the people in sales give the same service as her

I was very excited to get a home Depot closer to my home but was hesitant of what kind it would be. This store turns out to be the best! The employees are always attentive and helpful and everyone's always in a good mood. There are a lot of employees that know their stuff and if they don't they can find someone that does. The team at this new San Tan Valley location seem much more helpful than other Home Depots I've shopped at. Very glad to have them closer to my home. Just wish they'd built a bigger store!

Helpful and friendly staffs. Staffs asked me and other customers if they can help and seek answers from their peers if one can't answer. That works great for me because no one is perfect they show me they are willing to help and they work as a team.

I was looking for help with purchasing a trimmer. I ended up meeting Joe. Joe went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He ask his managers if he could provide a discount on a discount trimmer. The manager approved it. Joe also made sure I understood had to use it and reassured me I could bring it back if needed and ask any questions I may have. I'm in customer service industry and I appreciate exceptional service. Joe is a very valuable person who cares. Thank you Home Depot and Joe.

The last few times I have been to this Home Depot, I have been greeted right when I walked in and offered assistance, I also have ended up working with George (management team) and Larry (super helpful and knowledgeable). I really enjoy all of the staff at this new store.
