I had the BEST appliance specialist help me at the MacArthur Blvd store in Costa Mesa. Rosa was pleasant, knowledgeable and really made the selection and purchase process easy! I always find what I need with the help of the super friendly experts at Home Depot.

This store seems to have the right personnel that appear to be well managed, professional and very knowledgeable about the entire store contents. It has easy access, a few handicapped parking places and could use some more, but overall it is a most pleasant shopping experience. I particularly like the way they line up sale merchandise down the aisle in front of the cashiers. The Garden shop is great for al our plant needs and with the addition of orchids we feel the shop is complete. However it is dangerous to cros from the parking lot to the front entrance because drivers do not stop at locations marked with STOP on the pavement. Some day an elderly customer will get hit by a car and you guys are going to be held responsible. You seem to have what we look for and at good prices. Employees are helpful, and self check out is a breeze.

Honestly, as far as this store goes, there are some great employees! The management is a different story. As a customer, I do not appreciate employees being talked down to, patronized, or belittled in front of customers. Perhaps your whole management team needs retraining. This is exactly why you lose valuable employees!!! Please take a moment to appreciate the employees who truly run this store, management is not the most knowledgeable, the least you could do is have some respect, listen, and show appreciation! It goes a long way!

One employee made the difference in this store. Get the head department employee for actual help. 4 out of 6 employees were less than helpful, but the last 2 employees were helpful and one went above and beyond. So you can get help at Home Depots if you don't give up. Who knew?
