I went in to purchase painters tape but ended up shopping for carpet! Loved the Sales Associate. So helpful and knowledgeable. Now I just need my husband's approval for the purchase. ;)

The gentleman in the garden departrment explained to me all about the different kinds of mulch which was very helpful and appreciated.

For this $3.13 purchase, I thought why swipe a credit card, just pay cash! Rung myself up at self-checkout, deposited the wrong amount of change. Display stated that my 7 cents was received, so I inserted the $10. (subtotal was 3.07, with tax was 3.13 - hence my confusion) $1 came out, followed by 94 cents and the machine was still whirring as the associate checks out another customer as I was gathering the 94 cents wondering why the machine did that. I was waiting for the $5, but was rushed because someone else's items were scanned and the customer walked up next to me to pay. Got the $1.94, bagged my items and totally forgot where's my $5? I thought it'd come out because the machine was whirring but it didn't. Point of my story - just swipe your credit card. No numbers to get confused with and much harder for them to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

This Home Depot is pretty big. Store was clean. Plenty of parking. Associates here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Santa Ana Home Depot!

I went to buy shop towels and was distracted by the great Halloween decorations! I was truly impressed by the selection that home Depot had available and the great prices. I gave been to two Halloween stores so far this season and home Depot has a greater selection for outdoor decor. Praise to the department buyer.

went for a quick purchase and i never even try the kyosk (annoy waste my time) so i always waiting in line for the cashier. luck me Pablo was there (never saw him there) and he was quick, friendly, excellent customer service and best of all helpful.

The paint section had everything that I needed in one isle.

I had to go to Home Depot to get service for a patio door that was installed five years ago. I had to make several visits, and the sales associate Alberto Lara was extremely helpful. He was patient each time I showed up, and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. Great service!

I have well over 500 trips over 20 years of shopping at Home Depot and have never been dissatisfied. I shop at many stores and not just at 92627 but they have always been clean, parking is excellent and the stores are always Orange in color. Included in this praise is the Home Depot gives me a Soldiers Discount when ever I shop there. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

I was working on a project on a deadline and although I walked into the store 30 minutes before closing the staff was very helpful in locating the necessary supplies for me and was also helpful at check-out. I also noticed a demanding customer at check-out that was somewhat rude to the staff, however, the employees maintained their friendly customer service at high level at all times while assisting the customer.

I use this location all the time for my work, and I am always satisfied with the prices and products. On the weekends, I use the Home Depot in Foothill Ranch, even though (cough!) Lowe's is closer... Lowe's simply does not EVER have what I need, dunno why.

Most associates very helpful. Especially Sunny who knows the whole store & is always very helpful.

I come here from time to time and I must continue to call to attention the excellent customer service. I had many pipes cut and re-threaded and the work was done quickly and precise. Moreover the speed and ease of the checkout in front from Anna was 1st rate and when there is an issue, she is quick to find a resolution to not just help me, but also to keep other patrons on a quick exit to their projects! More employees like Anna would be a real positive, she would be an ideal candidate to train Home depot employees in the way service and job procedures should be carried out company wide. A real Plus for you guys there!
