Special ordered an Anderson door only to find it damaged during installation

Went to the Reading, MA. store and found a light fixture I wanted to purchase, but they were out of stock. It was on clearance for $53.03. I was told the Saugus, MA. store had 2. Went to the Saugus store and they had only one, but the price was $148.06. The would not match the same price that the Reading store had. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I needed roofing flash cement and the employee who was stocking shelves helped me by scanning the shelf label to check inventory. He stopped doing what he was doing to assist when asked. I appreciate that! They did not have gallon size only 5 gallon or 1 tube.

I tried to buy a washer and dryer, they placed 3 orders because they didn’t know what they were doing, and charged my credit card over $5000 which took me 5 weeks to get a refund after spending about 10 hours at the store fighting for my refund !!!

product Ok, but delivery terrible. I left instructions on where to leave 16 bags of mulch. The driver spoke and read no English. Fortunately my wife spoke his language. He started to leave 26!!!! bags in the middle of the driveway, blocking access for 6 cars from the two houses that share it. She got him to drop off only the 16 ordered and where I requested them to be placed.

Got one today. Then asked to provide a review. So, here it is. Fix this problem!

This location takes good care in providing healthy and large quantity of garden plants. I've been to other location and the plants are half dead.

We purchased a rose bush for our garden.

My experience at this store on route one in Saugus is that it is the best in your company with great service. Excellent selection always a pleasure to do business there.

My purchase was for one item I used the self checkout which only accepted credit cards. I luckily had a store credit but had to use my credit card for the amount remaining under $3. Please allow cash transactions too.

This was my first time at this store, and I must say I had a very good experience with the staff. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me. All the employees were eager to help me. It was such a pleasant visit that this will be my favorite store because although there's one closer to my house, the service there isn't at all good.

I enjoyed my visit to this Home Depot. They seem to really enjoy working at this location. Seem like a close knit group. Upon entering, there were multiple employees participating in a group stretching exercise. I think that is a very healthy sign. While shopping for my items, I was approached on several occasions inquiring if I needed any assistance. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping.

The Home Depot in Saugus is a great store. Every time I need to find something, they will walk me right to the aisle and pointed out to me which I really like because sometimes things are hard to find specially smaller things. The price is a very reasonable, and I have no issues finding what I need or what I have come in for. Always great to see good people smiling and very helpful. I have been going to Home Depot since it opened a couple of decades ago, thanks again.

Professional installation of blinds on a sliding door is apparently only available if yo spend thousands on custom blinds. I don't own any tools so I guess I will be staring at the box containing my blinds until I'm dead. HORRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Delivery staff rude and unprofessional

I always know that help is available whether buying an appliance or materials for a DIY project. The associates are always willing to offer suggestions and guidance. They are the face of Home Depot.

Going to the store now because the employees are helpful and there are people there you can talk to and if somebody doesn’t know what you’re asking them they find someone who does. I’m spoke to a young assistant manager, and she was awesome and got me to help I needed definitely come back again.

Mary was wonderful. First she sent me to exact location for the item I needed Then she checked me out with a positive attitude. Overall great experience

The store is woefully understaffed, it takes tooooo much time to get in and get out.

I found what I needed with the help of Dan. He was awesome knowledgeable and so nice.Everyone should ask for him for great service. All people we came in contact with were very friendly!

The store is always clean and stocked. The garden department has a lot plants for your home. I highly recommend the store to my friends and customers. The store employees are helpful in all aspects.

I had a great experience at the Home Depot in Saugus! I went to get paint and Holly helped me a lot. I didn't know what paint to get for painting patio blocks and she explained the differences to me. While she was mixing the paint I went shopping. I came back with many items and no carriage, Holly grabbed a carriage for me. We walked to the checkout together and I learned that she has changed the lives of 23 children that are/were in foster care. Home Depot, you are lucky to have her! She's helpful, personable, intelligent but most of all kind. I checked out with Alex who was great as well!
