i noticed that home depot prices are more expensive than menards or lowe's.

It was ok I'll go there again there's nothing that really excites me that's just my opinion

When I got oto the store Jason met me and helped me find everything I needed and also did some couston cutting for me.

the cashier was very nice and very funny. she is great.

THE GARDEN FLOWERS ARE VERY PRETTY AND NOT VERY EXPENSIVE

The staff was more than accomodating in assisting me in purchasing wood supplies for a home project. I appreciated the offer to have 2 boards cut to exact sizes needed for the project.

Dont know what to really right about this store but it took longer to get what I wanted. Because I couldn't find anyone working

What really made the visit to the Schaumburg Home Depot store memorable was the friendliness of the associates who gave me suggestions and options freely that left me feeling I was valued. Makes it easy to return; I associate a good feeling with Schaumburg Home Depot.

you need to work on making sure-sku - prices are marked on products. only the self serve registers were open

I am writing to express how angry and dissatisfied I was with my verticle blinds that I purchased from your store. I trusted that your staff knew what he was doing, so I blindly let him cut my blinds. He told me I would need 5 packs of blinds to cover my windows and so he cut all five wrong and the three valences were also cut wrong. He scraped all three valences putting them back in their package and I only needed 4 packs of blinds to cover my windows, so I paid for an extra pack of blinds 3 scraped valences and I had to get them all recut at the Home Depot in Mundelein where I had to wait at least 10 minutes for anyone to help me. They said they could not do anything about it and that I would have to go back to Schaumburg to resolve this matter. I waited 2 weeks for my husband to take down the bedsheets on the windows and put up these blinds & all I got was him complaining how they didn't cut enough off the blinds & the valences were all scraped up. I won't shop Home Depot again

Store was friendly. Found kid sized gloves above a price indicating kid sized gloves and went to purchase 2 pairs for my daughters. Gloves were not the same as those indicated on shelf sticker. I ended up returning them.

Bill from the “Kitchen Department” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGABLE!! Although I had a plumbing question he took the time to walk me through what parts I was likely to need and how to perform each step to replace a toilet flange. I cannot express how much of an asset Bill is to your store and hope that he will be recognized!!

I purchased a replacement Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector for my home. When I went in the first time, I forgot my glasses and just grabed the first detector that I saw. After arriving home I realized that what I purchased was only for Smoke. I returned it with no hassle and purchased the one I wanted.
