WILL ALWAYS SHOP AT HOME DEPOT FOR THERE PRODCCTS AND SERVICE

Frank, Brittney, and Larry, are great. They all took good care of us. Home depot is lucky to have them working for them!

I always have trouble finding staff to help me yet the lack of customer service was worse than ever. I eventually was assisted by the team at the pro desk. Rick, Richard, and Sean scrambled to help me gather my supplies, get checked out, load my vehicle and all with a sense of humor. These guys are the first point of contact at the east entrance and have a lot to juggle. ACcess to the roll door and carts makes their all ready challenging jobs more manageable.

After visiting today, I was impressed with the customer service and multiple employees asking if I needed help. Plus they took me to exactly where the items were. A huge bonus of not waiting in a line!

This store is great. Always well stocked and the employees are the nicest, most helpful and friendly of any of the other stores. I go out of my way to shop here compared to other Home Depot stores.

I live 2 blocks from this store and out of convenience I go here. EVERY TIME I GO hHERE I LEAVE ENRAGED. THE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST. THEY ACT LIKE YOUR ARR IN THE WAY. I WILL NEVER HO THIS STORE. I LEFT AND WENT TO MENARDS. SPENT OVER $300!

Being Seniors, we totally appreciated the friendly and courteous way in which we were treated. The Supervisor came up to us and actually offered to have 2 people help us put our mushroom compost into our vehicle. They laid out some plastic so we would keep the car floor clean, got the number of heavy bags, and put them carefully in our vehicle for us. What a pleasure to not have to deal with this. It was a pleasure to have the respect that is so often missing at some home improvement centers. Not this one!!! We highly recommend the Schaumburg Home Depot for Senior respect and care! Thanks!!

Sometimes shopping for things gets complicated and takes time if you don't know where to find it. I have to say that the staff at this Home Depot knows how to help. Very friendly team that doesn't make you feel like you don't know what you're doing. Thanks HD Team.

The store was very dusty and smelly.The staff were very displeased and I got cheated twice.I recommend that you make some BETTER changes next time....

Larry The Cashier was very friendly, helpful and speedy. he seemed to honestly enjoy his job. Home Depot needs more Larrys.

Conveniently located at Schaumburg Road and Barrington Road. This is where I do my home improvement shopping.

This is a terrific store. I have been in many times and have never been dissatisfied with the service I received. It isn't often that you go into a large chain and are greeted with smiles and a knowledgeable staff. The sections that I usually go through are Garden, Paint and Home Decor. Though I don't know all the names of the salespeople that have helped me, the ones I do remember are in Garden: Ernie and Laura (both of whom go over and above in helping me find what I need always with a smile; no matter how long it takes), Steve and Roy who are in Paint and who take the time to make sure we have what we need and Meredith who has helped me in the Home Decor Department. Though there have been others who have helped me (I've been a customer here for years), these are the ones I look for when I go into the store.

Excellent workers, helpful and knowledgeable about many.many items. I tell everyone I know that Home Depot is the place to go. Highly thought of, and always willing to help. Even with some pretty stupid questions I ask. Store is clean, and neatly situated. The end panels are always stocked and prices clearly shown. The store was almost empty, yet, the people that were there just about broke their neck assisting me right to the end of my visit. The gentleman cut two keys for me, and sometime other stores have made me keys that did not work. Keys made by Home Depot worked perfectly, both of them. Oh yeah. Home Depot is the place for me to shop!!

Very helpful employees, clean and has everything I need.

I went to return two curtain rods that the cashier, manager and store Mgr agreed was theirs but clearances out to 1cent. Without a receipt, 1 cent is all I could get on store credit. I knew I paid retail, not on sale and would like to shop at the 1cent area. My debit card was replaced 3 times and not connected to original checking account I've had for years. I could have paid on another card I no longer have, or cash as well. Could only find one of my two rids in system, though I believe I bought them at the same time, but maybe I didn't or from another HD. All HD should accept returns from all HD. 2nd Mgr said he could look on old debit cards for years, which I gave him but he didn't find them. It sems to me you should accept them at retail giving me a store credit. Poor customer relations. I mentioned how I shop there so often one employee said I should get an orange apron. (Joking) 2nd head Mgr said if he had done that he could be fired and never should have offered as that is clearly against the store policy. Good grief. Cashier was very nice. Female mgr seemed rote in reply and as if not her problem and said other store do this as well. Jim Carlson took the time to try to look for me on my 3 dead debit cards, which I appreciated since the first Mgr said he couldn't do anything else, would tell me the same thing she said, and wouldn't be able to help me further-(though he did try to. )but then Jim made the comments about the apron. Jim also said if I found the receipt or bank statement(?) ( which wouldn't show the exact item) he could help me then. When I said oh-ok, them I look through my huge box of receipts, he seemed to back track a bit and said he would see if he could help me. Frustrating experience all the way around.
