I purchased today & have enjoyed it greatly

I've spent lots of time and money at my local Home Depot store and those folks are always very helpful and professional.. and I have several ziplock bags of receipts to prove it... LOL.. MY FAVORITE STORE..!!@

You have employees that hide from customers if they think it may be hard to help.

Recently started building a workshop to get started in woodworking. I've been to the Scottsboro Home Depot more in the last few weeks than ever! Ordered online (delivered to home & store) and bought off the shelves across multiple departments. Every visit is welcoming, and every department provides stellar customer service. Associates helped load heavy items into my truck. A great experience all around! Great job, Home Depot Scottsboro AL team!

Awesome place to get quality

I had a large building materials order to pull and he helped me all the way. Others on the team pitched in as well but i didn’t catch their names. Best big box store experience i have had in a long time.

They was really helpful and loaded the trailer for me

They could be more helpful and nicer to the customers and they had the main isle cluttered and the ladies checking out the customers wouldn’t talk to you about if you found everything you needed and how was your experience shopping there! They was just talking to each other instead of the customer and making sure the customer service throughout the store was satisfactory to you!

I bought some lumber and supplies to fix my kitchen floor. I love that Home Depot usually has the materials I need for home repair project or the guide me to someone who does, such as contractor or handymen. However, I do not like the idea that I have to chase down a worker to get help. The customer service desk usually has a long line and it takes too long to just ask for help. Many of the employees do not know the job of the section they work in. Maybe Home Depot can give thier employees training for the sections they normally work.

The employee that helped me was kind and knowledgeable.

When it comes to projects I am not at all organized.Bill in plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what mistakes I would make and how to avoid them. Desiree was super at the customer service desk. My plan changed many times and I have had to return more stuff than was right but she smiled and didn’t make me feel like the bozo she could have.

I just wonder if I’m not the only that feels like these individuals working for Home Depot are so knowledge deficit to their job. They just hire want ever has a pulse I guess. Pathetic workforce or is it their managers that suck at their job. Who knows, but you better do your own research to find what you need.

We had shopped the store for over an hour and had carts full of of project materials when we went to checkout the stores computers and registers we’re having trouble! She had to use very trick in the book and worked for 30 minutes at least to get us checked out! But she stayed patient and kept a pleasant smile and continued to apologize for the trouble! The world needs more young ladies like McKenna!

I have shopped here multiple times and have found it almost always to be a very pleasant experience. However, as a senior citizen, it would be very helpful to me. If there was a customer call button where I could request some assistance when there’s no one around. I am not able to walk all over the store looking for an employee and sometimes I’m not sure where to find various items.

Im a disabled vet they treated me with respect and the staff came together under walt to load a patio set on a cart in the store took me to the check out helped me load up the patio set into my truck I couldn't have got the same treatment anywhere else.every time I come to this store I feel thankful from Gail the cashier who was filling in in the paint department making sure I had the best paint for my needs to the guys in electrical and lumber this store is filled with high quality people that care for the customer it makes the 45 minute drive worth it u will be back again and again thank you to everyone thier

I had an issue with some windows I had purchased. Michelle, the MOD, was so helpful in getting my exchange taken care of! Great service!

Just want to brag on the lady that was trying to to get my little girl to come to a kid building event. She did good and was trying hard. She was friendly. I thought she did well.

Purchased a grill there that was on clearance and you could tell it had been setting for quite a while , had a knob missing on one of the eyes for the gas, asked for a manager and he came out and gave me a little extra discount for the flaws , so thankful, great service and he helped me load it , no one competes with that!

Only one person outside helping load trucks. I'm disabled and had to help and I saw a lot of elderly with no help. No good!!

Viewed a product online. Didn’t notice a disclaimer stating only available online. Why do stores advertise products online and not actually carry them in the store. If I wanted to order online I pick an online merchant that would be cheaper.

Just purchased a new washer. I always shop Home Depot first. They always have exactly what I need. And the Home Depot card helps me to make a large purchase manageable with my fixed income. Scottsboro store really takes care of me. I am so grateful to have a store so close to home.

I bought 2 of these at the same time. These do a great job. Reasonable price. Does the same job as others at twice the price.
