Nice selection in the garden section. Good variety of cleaning products and reasonable prices. Friendly and courteous customer assistance/ retail staff.

Store is clean & most employees are very helpful. Some are extraordinary: Lonnie in Lighting (I think that's his name, red hair, VERY knowledgeable) Coleen in kitchens (?), knowledgeable & helpful (said she watches HGTV). Tessa at the checkout counter, polite, helpful & always has a smile! A black lady who's name I do not recall in the paint Dept. who is friendly, knowledgeable, & provides great service. I look for her every time I go in there!

We had three different problems and were assisted by three different employees. It was such a delight to have someone knowledgeable enough to help us.

It is a nice store, everyone is friendly. On the survey they ask questions regarding your satisfaction for employees and they do not have a place to check if you had no contact with employees. I went in, found what I wanted, used self check out and that was it. I is a good store and in the past when I have needed assistance I've always been able to get it. I like the store and it's employees a lot better than the way the survey is designed. :)

Recently I asked for a hurricane panel and shutters estimate from this Home Depot. An appointment was made and not met but the manager did send an email a few days after the missed appointment and explained what happened. The manager was very gracious in his email and informed me how to reschedule. I followed his instructions and the staff were aware of my previous appt. A rep came to my home. I reviewed I wanted to compare the costs for hurricane aluminum panels for the house verses alum. shutters for the house. He was a very polite, pleasant, knowledgeable man. He did his measuring and answered any questions. He then proceeded to spend about 2 hours to tell me & my husband about high impact Windows. The estimate was for $35,000. Informed him we could not afford hi impact Windows and still wanted the panels and shutters estimates so I could decide which option we could afford. He said he would email me those two estimates. I received email which again gave me ONLY the hi impact Windows. I waited for the other estimates. About a week later I emailed the rep. and sent a blind copy to the manager, asking for the other two estimates. Never heard from him. I am currently engaged with another company for hurricane shutters. Thank you.

As always the employee's are very courteous, kind and, helpful. They make shopping a pleasure.

it is always a pleasure to shop at the Sebastian Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and understanding. The store is always net and clean and never cluttered to the point you cannot fit 2 carts by in an isle.

This store is excellent in providing new and innovative products, employees are very helpful and accommodating, parking is easy and the store always has some kind of new product exhibit.

I have been to other Home Depot stores in Florida and other states. This Home Depot keeps me coming back specifically because of the staff. I appreciate all the help and patience that is afforded me at this store.

When I am sent to The Home Depot to pick up items for my husband, I OFTEN have no idea where these items are BUT that doesn't matter, the helpful people at my store always do. Big thanks to Georgie and Chuck!

I was very surprised at the level of expertise from the paint dept . Steve was full of helpful information on the job I hate most , painting !! I looked like a pro by the time I was done with the 3 rooms I had to paint before my wife got here for thanksgiving break!! Thank you !!!

I particularly recommend Dawn at the paint counter for excellent help and advice with painting projects
