I'm sorry I didn't get the man's name. But he was working the self-checkout lane. He greeted me when I walked up to the register, and I asked him if I could use my veteran's discount at the self-checkout and he said yes. He helped me get everything scanned and then showed me how to apply my veterans discount. He was very friendly and courteous. Being he was a fellow veteran we talked for a moment swapping war stories. He was a really great guy. And a great Employee.

First Saturday of each month they have a kids workshop. I (with employee, Erin’s help) assisted my grandson, Benjamin in building a treasure chest and paint it. What fun. She was VERY patient.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Joanne and she gave me every isle I needed to go get what I wanted. Home Depot has everything and plenty of it.

Bought 1800 sq ft of tile today and worked with Heidi LaVo, the Flooring Specialist. She knew exactly what to do and was kind, efficient and extremely helpful. We were in and out in under 30 min. We got exactly what we wanted

The employees are always helpful and courteous. The are always the same ones and we Ave become friends in several areas. I am 80 yrs old and a handyman. I buy almost everything from Homedepot. Thank you for being there for me.

Overall, the staff is pleasant, eager to please and knowledgable about where to find anything or knows someone who can. Staff training is evident; Integrity and professional competence appears to be valued across the board. I can purchase home repair, appliances, and construction material from a lot of places - I choose this store in Sebring because the associates make the experience of shopping there, "above and beyond".

Went to the store for price match. Store manager refused to honor price match. Said since washer/dryer were delivered from a ware house they were "special order" so price match didn't apply. Called Home Depot 800 number customer service. They processed the price match immediately with no problem. If you need a Price Match, don't bother with the store. Call 800 customer service. They were great. The store, not at all.

I can't imagine that the items I was looking for were available at The Home Depot store in Sebring, FL. I'm very happy!

We had questions with regards to painting specific areas. The employee was genuenly concerned about our needs and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service!

I was scheduled for delivery next day but it’s took 4-5 days to deliver , they was changing dates . Delivery guy called and ask where to put that’s why 2 starts , but sum lumber were damaged while delivery. Then I didn’t like some lumber so I asked them pick ONLY HALF and other good lumber I wanted keep , I told on phone . But when I got home I saw they took all lumber …I guess was laying next to each other so they decided to take all…

Went to Home Depot on 2 separate occasions for paint. The employees who work the paint department are exceptional, they know what they are doing and are very efficient at tending to the customers needs!
